The thing that i really love about Regulus is the drumming. And it's a Honami Focus. Stage of Sekai is still great but Regulus is up there!

YES EXACTLY. if i may ramble a bit; the drumming in honami comms, i feel, progressively get more and more present. its most likely representing honami's growing confidence and becoming her own person. instead of simply supporting the other instruments, the drums actually takes the helm in regulus and leads the rest of the song which fits with the event story. and the inverse also present in shiho's comms! as the rest of l/n catch up to her and she learns to understand them more, the bass in her comms become more synchronized and blend in with the song (w/out disappearing ofc). the best way to see it is to just compare their 1st comms to their 4th ones. hare wo matsu is more synth heavy despite honami being the drummer and it being her comm meanwhile 1 is super bass heavy with it almost sticking out like a sore thumb. while in regulus, the drums kick off the song and the fact that its a full on hard rock song lets the drums really shine. in purpose, the bass feels light (?) idk how to explain but if u compare it to the bassline is 1 or even peaky peaky its definitely more subdued. ermmm so yeah (this got out of hand srry 😅). i have yet to dive in deeply with the synth and guitar for saki and ichika cuz shiho and honami r my favs but i will do so eventually!!

I’m glad more people are paying attention to filament fever. The song has a great experimental electro swing sound to it and the lyrics are very sad yet hopeful. I also really like the callbacks it does to some of the previous Tsukasa events, like the phoenix one. Definitely one of my favorite wxs commissions🎉

As a HUGE WxS fan (especially Tsukasa) I love that you put Filament Fever so high. I feel like WxS coms are always a win. I also feel like a lot of people didn’t really like The Tetrad that illuminates the world which I honestly really get, I much prefer the full version over the games size, it just leaves out so many good parts of the song and keeps more of the energy in which I get why they did that but there are so GODDAMN GOOD PARTS. Sorry for ranting, I just love this.

yk funny lil thing vbs is my fav group but I tend not to like their focus/comms HOWEVER their cover songs are absolute slaps so far. im still a bit lukewarm to a lot of the songs that the prsk fandom is absolutely in love with, including raddogs, crazy, shanti (which is now in en so WOOT catching my brain slowly), gekkokujou (new but i defo misspelled it lmfao), etc. my fav songs from vbs are cinema, one sheep, YY, alter ego, odo, echo, rekka, rettou jouttou, drop pop candy, doctor funkbeat, ifuudoudou, yuurei tokyo, ready steady, and beat eater
