The Ranking is very solid The Uta Uta no mi is easily the best in terms of both its base capabilities and its higher ones. You can essentially trap people on a Eternal Tsukyomi where you control everything and everyone inside of it while still being conscious in the real world. You also have the ability to summon an Eldritch monster that can only be defeated by attacking it both inside and outside of the Song world (also said monster needed two three Yonko crews and two Emperors with the highest lvl of haki mastery (one of which was also an awakened mythical zoan user as well as the reincarnation of the most significant figure in history). The main drawback is that it consumes your stamina like crazy but realistically you only need a few hours or even just minutes to end the fight. The Dark Dark Fruit while having the best hack ability in the series also has its own drawbacks. While powerful he lacks the nigh invulnerability that makes Logias so powerful. The Ope Ope no mi is so versatile that Oda needed to somewhat nerf it by making it so that high lvl Haki users are almost immune to its effects (you can still use awakened and all offense attacks but no put your body into a barrel moves). Still its incredibly useful. The Human Human Fruit Model Nika is a very difficult fruit to rank as its base abilities are difficult to get the hang on at first. Now when mastered (at least it's base powers) you become pretty powerful alongside having invulnerability to blunt force attacks and bullets (except for maybe piercing rounds). You can also create a few augmentation to enhance your powers like Gear 2nd which enhances your speed and striking power or Gear 3rd which increases your strength and mass. However it should be mentioned that many of these attacks require a good amount of creativity and imagination to effectively perform. However it arguably has the best abilities, giving you essentially toon force and full freedom of movement as well a high degree of shape-shifting (for both you, other and the enviroment around you). The problem is that at it's bare bones the fruit is really hard to use let alone master as well as having many prerequisites to awaken but when these are met you are nigh unstoppable.

Luffy’s fruit can transform his body and his environment, and we’ve seen that when his abilities are negated by the ocean his body doesn’t lose the properties he gains from the fruit (when he remains stretchy/stretched while submerged) So the abilities getting negated by the Yami fruit just means that the person using the Nika fruit couldn’t continue to change their body, but they could likely still retain the properties their body already had

Also luffys fruit has no counter to uta or laws fruit because so far we see him have no non contact attacks, unless you count throwing lighting, and uta is only non contact, and law has a lot of non contact attacks, so I think those fruits are better, but yami is questionable

The counter to Laws fruit is literally just stronger observation, or a form of immunity to the attacks in some form, Luffy has both, but since we’re talking about the fruits: Luffy likely can’t just ignore the slicing that law can do whenever he wants with his fruit, but those cuts don’t deal damage and Luffy could bring his body parts together again, as for gamma/radio knife, Luffy’s body can adapt to anything, I’d be willing to bet even though he is ignorant to his fruits real powers he could just think that gamma or radio knife are actually electrical based because of how they look and just not be affected by it. As for Utah’s fruit, nah there isn’t a direct counter to it, it’s literally just the most broken devil fruit you could imagine, honestly the only argument I’d say for the Nika fruit being better is that it can manipulate both the real environment and the users body in any way, while Uta has to sing first.
