The Hawthorn theme song is more popular on grand final day usually after the final siren, unless it's a Threepeat, then you'll hear the song half time when the games ended. It's always nice to hear what the other end of the spectrums think tho so still, big up Cardy!

As a pies fan the version before this one is so much better. There's no premiership cakewalk and there's extra lyrics which sounds really good. My list is very similar to yours. Have you heard the 1987 eagles version? The lyrics are awesome. Cheers.
