I love Fade a lot but in low ranks I really wish teammates would actually make use of the info she provides. I feel like she is another agent who works best when paired with another player and this sadly doesn't happen in iron solo queue^^ Very happy to see you mention KJ on Fracture, that's like one of my favorite combos to play!

The problem I have with raze in low elo is that you either get a raze who's practiced satchels enough as to make space, or rarely uses them, loosing a lot of value, or if they use it but don't have much practice, feels clunky

i honestly think the same applies to Fade like Chamber, a few patches ago she'd easily be S but rn she's A at best. I mean think about it. Her sieze is mostly good when paired with a teammate utility and good luck with that in ranked, her prowlers were very good pre nerf but the nerfs really hit her hard. Her haunt is a worse recon bolt with a bigger hitbox and limited trajectory. Her ultimate is the only thing I'd have over Sova. Sova is better in every way of gathering info and Kay/O and Breach both have better CC. She can be useful because of her versatility tho, in taking up 2 jobs at once which is very good for ranked comps and for that i think she deserves A.

Shock darts are useless, fade has essentially two sova drones regardless of how much hp they have, and haunt is just as good if not better except for the hitbox.

@@user-wh4fx4cn1t 2 drones my ass, more like 2 boombots made of paper and haunt is worse because bigger hitbox and limited trajectory. Iron take for saying shocks are useless, so good at clearing out trips across the map at a cheaper cost than the trip, good for delaying plants, dealing chip damage and finishing off dinked enemies. Drone is way better, you get to actually see what's in front of you and you get the elevation that even the trailblazer doesn't offer. Sova is clear of Fade.

​@@ishownudes I'd say sova has an edge ad of rn in the meta since KJ and CYPH are seeing picks, also Fade's nightfall is one of the best retake ultimates in the game, coupled with prowlers you can get some good picks along side a good mobility agent. Sova has a slighter edge over fade though, so I agree

The thing about Omen compared to the other controllers is to me he feels more like a combat type controller with the tps and blind unlike brim and viper who have mullys and more smokes and not blinds. And harbors kit is just all smokes.

With the new map of Lotus, I think chamber is very strong. He can play on multiple off-angles with his tp and still tp safely especially on C site. He can leave his trip B and still play either A or C. I used to main chamber, and Lotus is probably the only map that I play him on.

I think Harbor is just as good if not better than viper or any other controller. His wall can reach farther in some case more than viper and it can bend. His orb blocks fire making it more useful to than viper’s orb. The other abilities can have a lot of tactical use to it. He is basically a discount Viper but also a viper upgrade at the same time. Quite honestly Harbor is slept on.

Yoru can be amazing if you put time and practice into him. I’ve come back to valorant after a couple months of not playing and picked up yoru. It took a month but now I’m back at my peak rank with the yoru solo.

They neutralize all of Chamber's abilities, and you didn't even mention the nerf to the gun's shots, which also impacted its kill potential. However, I will still use it due to my lack of motivation to learn how to use Cypher or Killjoy and because it still provides a lot of utility and allows you to use both the trap and the teleportation ability, you just need to adjust your playstyle.

Very simple agents lol, no point in playing chamber anymore and imo if you still do you’re pretty much throwing for your team since KJ and cypher are much better than chamber and give more value than him now. My peak a couple months ago was immortal 1 and I didn’t and still don’t know any lineups, can’t stand spending time learning them so I focused on my game sense and out aiming most people. I've played comp since about august 2022 and I still struggle trying to find an agent to stick with and get better at. Either I get bored from an agent or just can't play well at all so I dont know what to do about it

I think Fade fell off a lot lately. Sova is gaining momentum again so i don't think Fade is S tier anymore. I also think putting Reyna on A is just not it... Reyna is only good if you are on your A game aimwise, if not you are putting your team at a huge disadvantage and most of the times it ends up as a grief. It's just so 50/50 if you get outaimed and your confidence goes low you end up having 0 impact. Not worth the risk imo. Phoenix provides much more in general and Neon is way better also.

Completely agree. I too had issues with Fade and Reyna placed in where they were (especially Reyna) , and believe they should be placed a little lower. Reyna is more of a hit or miss and hugely dependent on the player's aim. She can't even entry , and looking at it from the team's perspective , I'd much rather have a Jett , Raze or even another initiator than a Reyna on my team. (Fade does classify as a hard 'A' imo)

So in my opinion only one map is okay for chamber, ascent. This being that he can put trip mid on defense and nobody can get past it without getting caught, like raze and jett. But they make so much noise and thats why it's so easy, and on attacking you wanna place your cam mid top on boxes from the left so most people don't expect it and you can still watch flank while in range. But others may think he's still pretty bad, personally i think he's quite good on certain maps or well 1 specificly which is ascent lol

Most of them I entirely agree with, however I think Omen belongs in A tier because of how huge and impossible to dodge a good blind is. Similarly, Neon should go to C, because due to her high mobility, her accuracy goes down the drain. Most of her abilities simply don’t make sense with her ult as well. She’s at her best in low elo only because no one can aim.

Harbor could easily go from C tier to A tiers if only the devs would give players some reason to respect his smokes. Like, increase the slow effect, or make a noise queue when someone passes through, or have them give allies a boost when they walk through it.

As a chamber semi main before and after the nerf i disagree, his trip is nerf and not as power as before but it is still very much valuable this allows chamber to hold an entire site by him self and also lock down your flank, his teleport was op making it possible to rotate sites in litteral seconds but now that its nerf its still serves its purpose of giving him an escape, his teleport was never intented to be a rotating ability so him not being able to do that anymore should be logical and not something to cry about. His ult is not an op, so what? It was always an op yes it was faster before its still an op. Pair this with his teleport and he can be as deadly as before his head hunder its just a guardian so its still good. I think the resond why nobody wants to play chamber is because people dont want to accept the riot games solidified his role as a sentinel cause people love to use him as a duelist. Wake up people he's a sentinel who locks down a site and your flank. He's not a duelist to use to push with your jett and reyna stop crying. Honestly i love that people dont use him anymore cause i get to pick him whenever i like and whenever a toxic player tells me his useless i love when i top frag or atleast doing my job when they bot frag and starts saying sorry

I agree with all of this except for a few ones. A: I don't think reyna should even be on the tier list because the value she gets directly scales with the player's skill and she doesn't really have any base value. B: I think chamber and harbor should be switched. Chamber isn't as powerful as he once was, but he can still get a free op a few times per half and he still has a somewhat powerful tp. Both of the abilities should carry him to low c tier. Harbor, on the other hand, doesn't get any value at all or at least in my games. He has nothing to offer except smokes that negatively impact your teammates more often than enemies. Even his smokes, however, all have some caveat that makes them useless in comparison to other controllers smokes. His wall doesn't last long enough for its cooldown compared to agents like viper who only has to wait 20 seconds for a full fuel recharge. His waves are ok I guess but they're very situational and you can't really use them on defense. His cove shouldn't even have a smoke imo because it's not supposed to be used as one but since it does, the caveat is obviously that it's breakable and very weak. His ult is one of if not the worst ults in the game because the info it can gather isn't worth the 7 ult point cost when agents like sova can do it for free and the stuns takes so long to proc that it's just negligible. Everything else was great tho.

I plazlyed all agents and omen is best, he has interesting voice line "I am everywhere" Exactly, to tell you how many times ive outplayed alone 4 - 5 players easy, his tps basicly let me play off of 2-3 angles, his flash is best in game (in my humble opinion, it just has a lot more tactical potential compared to phoenix flash for example), and his ult is crazy for endgames, but for surprise attacks too and info gathering, smokes are very versatile and you allways have them, so yeah omen is S tier for me

I think KAY/O desserves low S tier due to the gameplay of him. He can use his util in both a selfish and supportive way. KAY/O also does the job of revealing people's areas almost perfectly and he can deny util of enemies like raze, neon, jett, etc. ult and makes entry tough. The only downside is that his molly doesnt last long enough and his knife only covers specific areas. His ult is one of the best since you have site control similar to kj. He is not known as much due to his pick rate but due to pro play he is seeing more pick rates. This is not biased I just think that kayo deserves a higher area. I would say he is the worst S tier.
