Sorry, but nah, it's terrible. Fanny and Benedetta of all the heroes are in "meh"? And Selena is in "best"? Same with Yin? And literally all 4 heroes in OP tier (except Nolan) don't deserve to be in OP. They're niche heroes that work only in low rank, and all of them can't do shit in tank META, which btw, is the most absurd META that's being spammed in high mythic rn. Even Karina is better, and they placed her in situational when she's literally more versatile and higher scaling than the 4 heroes in OP tier I mentioned. The only assassin heroes that are remotely usable are Arlott (literally top tier EXP/roam) Karina, Fanny, Aamon, Nolan, Benedetta, Joy, and maybe even Lance. However, in pro scene, only Arlott, Joy and Nolan are being picked and they don't even perform well in top tournas. Paquito isn't an assassin the last I checked.

My opinion on your tierlist The takes are really good but some of the heroes don't really deserve the spot you gave for example. Yin. Yin is a good Assassin I agree, but his Ult delay is what makes him a problem. His ult delay makes him bad at targeting the Backline because the enemy can react before he gets to kidnap them, so if the enemy heroes are Brody, Vexana and the rest is tank (Fredrinn, Yu zhong, Hylos) I don't think yin will be any useful in anyway also yin is very weak when everyone is at level 1 making him very vulnerable since he relies on his ULT. He should be in NEEDS BUFF CATEGORY Selena Selena takes high prediction like Novaria and because of the mana consumption I don't think she belongs in the Great Category and Selena is bad at Teamfight and most heroes can out maneuver her in a 1v1. She should be in MEH CATEGORY Ling Ling is an underrated assassin and he should be higher on the list, Why? Be cause of his Skillset, Ling is excellently when it comes to invading since he can out retri the Enemy core (if The Ally Ling is good enough) plus Ling can Towerdive any Squishy hero as long as it doesn't have a stun, Ling can also Split push fast because of his 1st skill, Ling's Mobility is what makes him very good, Lastly his Ability to Get in and out in Teamfight is very good since he can assassinate the Backline very fast be cause of his ult and 1st skill He should be at BEST CATEGORY Arlott Arlott is one of the best assassin rn because of his ability to sustain damage and Assassinate squishies, Not only that his skillset makes him op and feared because of Unli Stun, not only that his Passive +2nd skill combo is very op when it comes to Teamfight because you can just swoop the Backline and Disrupt the Position of the FRONTLINE I don't think I need to explain more. Arlott goes to the top And should be put in OP CATEGORY Fanny Fanny is very good when it comes to invading aswell, yes she needs alot of practice and Energy management because of her complexity, But if you practiced enough, I don't think anyone can stop a good fanny player even if you pull out a hero counter against her, not only that, even in level 2 she can Chop all the squishies in the early game already since her cable is the reason why she has high damage output, She can dive because of her huge Mobility even if its in the turret because of her Ult + 2nd skill combo making her scary against squishies, lastly she can target the Backline very easily which is crazy if you think about it, she can literally just Pickoff 2 or 3 enemies and Go out as fast as possible She should be in BEST OR POSSIBLY IN OP CATEGORY Karina Karina is very easy to use since her skillset is easy to understand, what makes her good is the ability to put true damage against her enemies, her passive is what makes her op, not only can she eliminate squishies and tanks aswell,Her Diving Potential is Huge because of her combo "1 + Basic Atk + 2nd + 3rd + 3rd" which can DELETE ANYONE IN EXISTENCE. And I don't think to explain more of how she works soooo She belongs in THE BEST CATEGORY FINAL LIST: OP:SABER, HARLEY, AAMON, KADITA, NOLAN, ARLOTT. I main new heroes every season i recently mained benedeta an i can say she's underrated she's verry op can carry the whole team because of her ult even without her ult he is very good she can be a jungler too very op as a jungler also a roam and fighter,why roam you ask? This is accurate for a tier list when you consider skill issue, which was mentioned as the reason why many of the heroes used in MCL are not "OP" due to their skill floor. Also, keep in mind it's a focused tier list as "jungling assasins" Others are multirole and are strong not as a jungle assasin and are ranked lower as "assasins" as a result. Example mathilda was mentioned despite being an "assasin" has so little to do with jungle assasin that it's trash tier/unranked as a jungler assasin. If you count pure potential when played perfectly, many of the best tier are pushed up, while OP tier are pushed down. If you ignore whenever "ease of use" or "purpose is not as an assasin" is mentioned as a reason for upgrading or downgrading a hero tier, you do see a list that is actually pretty accurate in most tiers except high mythic, where counterplay and skill ceiling matter more.

I agree except for one thing, the placement tier for Natalia is a bad choice, I'd say Natalia is situational as heroes like Freya, Thamuz, Argus and other basic attack dependent heroes are getting popular, if Natalia is in the role of roam, she'd dominate the gold lane because of that one skill that makes her immune to all kinds of basic attacks. as a mlbb player since 2017-2018. my biggest phobia is zilong. i am a global wanwan hero. no matter how much i use my second skill, wind chant and ult on him. he will just lifesteal a minions and will kill me if i landed after my ult. same with my other heroes. zilong is the most annoying hero because he is not just a exp laner but he is also a tower pusher. he can segway the basw with 1 minion on his side yet can still end it. zilong with inspire can burst heroes. he is annoying and too overpowered. he is in my ban list all the time. people call me "epic player" for banning him but nobody can change my pov on him.
