realistically, the weapons itself is more powerful than the actually bullets/ammo/attack itself. The only reason why Frank was low tier is because the weapon itself is very powerful, but the shockwave itself… well… you get it. Nita’s Shockwave is literally just lightning aiming at you in a ball that comes toward you for a range. People can tank bullets, and such. But whenever it comes to Dynamike, or Brock, what are *you* going to realistically do against two sticks of dynamite, 3 or 4 whole rocket ammo and a giant big explosive barrel probably filled to the brim with explosives and dynamite, and also a whole wave of rocket ammo that is coming straight down at you? You’ll die from the TNT and the rocket ammo because of the explosion which is always a guaranteed death, and besides rocket ammo? The explosion radius is so big, you cannot outrun once a rock has shot at you. For Dynamike, you could potentially run but that’s very low to escape.
