Exactly, or how well written of a villain they are. Powerscaling them is fine, but if so, I wish he'd put that in the title. I feel like if they were ranked on villainy, King Xavier would be in B-Tier minimum. Yeah he's just a kid, but he's a mastermind. He pulls strings around the Creek, like getting the Creek's shopkeeper sent to summer school, so that the kids on the free side of the Creek would have to let him in to their side, so he can give them snacks, all in a ploy to make the entire Creek worship him as king. He has a group of people around him that he manipulates into protecting him.

Extra points for HIM is when Mojo and HIM have a villain off to see who's more evil and fit to rule the world HIM casually causes a chain of events that caused the earth to head towards the sun Mojo called him out on how stupid it is because if he destroyed the world there would be nothing left to rule and HIM just casually points his claw towards the sun and suddenly the earth flies back in place and he's not even straining, just looking at Mojo like "hmmm you got a point"

I feel like for Adventure Time you should have included Uncle Gumbald and Golb. Considering they were the main villains of the finale. Since Ice King was no longer a threat and the Lich was finished off in season 9. I know it may have been too many villains in Adventure Time to include at that point but it would still be nice to include.

I never really liked Gumbald, he basically just felt like a character that was just shoehorned into the last few episodes just because they needed to have tension and conflict for the finale, and after all of this build-up, with there being a war and that his army includes past villains from throughout the series, he just gets defeated unceremoniously, and all of those past villains just end up getting relegated to running away like pussies, it feels like Gumbald’s only purpose was to bring Fern back in order to resolve his jealousy towards Finn, they honestly should’ve just have Golb as the main problem at the end with no one else to deal with.

It’s crazy when you realize Vilgax has access to so many ways to both destroy and conquer the multiverse all for the Omnitrix and tried it all yet still failed, but never stopped. That’s real dedication. I mean, he’s tried conquest, stealing the Omnitrix, using a Chronosapien Time Bomb, the Galactic Challenge, Malware armor and even allied with an alien god. It really proves how even if he isn’t the strongest villain, he’s one of, if not, the most ruthless of them all.

Also, for Grim adventures of billy and mandy, the same Mandy could be listed as a villain since she has megalomaniac desires to conquer the world in which in an alternate future she manages to accomplish and even turns into a giant snake, she even toon over the KND organization and from time to time she seems to use Grim's powers at her own goals.

The lynch deserves to be on his own tier above everyone else here. If you watch the HBO specials you see that at the end The Lynch actually wins and his wish was granted, ending all life in the universe for his timeline. He’s the only villain listed here that accomplishes his goal

Courage is odd since very few villains recur, especially if you ignore the one episode where Eustace becomes the villain himself and invites a bunch of previous villains to come back and brutally mess up courage. Kinda disappointed you didn't mention Eustace, the alien chicken (one of the few recurring ones), or Ramses (return the slaaaaaaab, just iconic). The villains vary wildly in power.

If Black Hat was added to the list he wouldn’t be high because he doesn’t really do much of anything at the moments. But if we are talking about how powerful he is that he is S-Tier since he technically multiversal. But by how much he participates he is C-tier at best at the moment cause he does nothing in the show except show his power. And for how good the character is. He would be F-Tier because he is terrible written. Since he is too overpowered (overpower villains can still be enjoyable but Black Hat is an example of a terrible one). While he have no flaw and his character is basically “Look how edgy and evil I am”. He really isn’t that enjoyable and is the worst part of the show. So he is basically F-Tier

Flash didn't stop existing but instead the dc speedster characters can vibrate quickly to move through matter and flash got too fast so he couldn't stop his acceleration so he kinda just moved to a higher plane by vibrating too quickly

I'm missing one character here, there was a Cartoon, Yin Yang Yo, there were a lot of Antagonists but one in particular stood out, he was very similar in style to Aku, He was called Night Master, in that universe Night Master was a title like in the Anime Demon Lord but in the case of this particular one it was also name, and the best thing about him is that he was not completely defeated in the series, he was defeated and banished to another dimension, but over time Ko, the character who sacrificed himself to defeat him, returned from that dimension and with him the Essence of the Night Master who seemed to have his consciousness, and apparently Ko later absorbed all this essence and over time also learned to control the power of the Night Master but not completely, because in the scene of absorption and full charging of this essence there is a scene when Ko loses consciousness and a fragment of this essence from him flies away, where? we don't know because this thread in the series is interrupted and the Forerunner is replaced by another Master of the Night, resurrected from the old days

Like in Adventure Time, besides Ice King and Lich, there was Lemongrab- who was considerably more dangerous than just a mere jerk, King of Ooo and Magic Man- who I admit were just more of antagonists than true villains but they caused their fair share of real trouble, Bubblegum herself and Peppermint Butler did a lot of really messed-up things and should be acknowledged, Betty became a villain in her own right once she came to Ooo... You forgot to mention Generator Rex entirely, and the 2011 Thundercats reboot, and Sym-Biotic Titan, Megas XLR, Sheep in the Big City, Robot Boy, Code Lyoko, and all the other DC shows outside of Teen Titans...

Don't forget, Teen Titans Go!'s Trigon is supposedly stronger than Teen Titans's Trigon(Not talking abt the movie of both Titans).
