Yea a lot of characters need changes tbh. Kisame, kabuto, shikamaru, Choji, ino, onoki, mei, Yamato, nagato, mitsuki, karma boruto,etc. thry have way to many jutsu for the lame boring ones they chose

Double sharingan kakashis ult is awesome idk why people use it far or medium range its a close range blast when you are close enough and it even has a first hit that stuns people when you are close i constantly get two or three kills when im getting teamed on an objective

Sadly, not every character is free to play and you need to buy the ones past season 1 (if i remember correctly season 1 characters are free on PS.), but for the rest you need to pay for their jutsu's and other things.

You didn't said other effects of good amout of jutsu Some ults you said are not one shot and they are or you said shey are but they aren't It all depends on situation Good amount of ults deals enough damage to one shot but if in between ult enamy get healed or def buff they can survive the ult

The Sarada disrespect is crazy, I get that her kit is a bit underwhelming but she has some of the fastest VR Master combos, also Reanimation Itachi is objectively #1, Yasaka can block any ult, Tsukuyomi is a crazy stun, and Izanami can literally pitfall an entire team map wide, and undo/reverse most ults including Infinite Tsukuyomi, it's insane if you use it properly.

Itachi is definitely not objectively no.1, Yaksha beads is great but doesn't really do well outside of flag and base, Tsukuyomi is pretty gimmicky, and as a gimmick stun I think shadow stitching does better because of the defense drop, Izanami is also great but it's long cool down is an issue, I wouldn't use it in base or combat because better short cool down alternatives exist (twin lion fist, feather illusion, slug, mind transfer clone) and if you didn't mind the long cool down I still think infinite tsukuyomi is a better pick. In flag is where it does best but personally I still use feather illusion over it. The issue with the healer dlcs is they usually only really have 1 thing your going to use, for Itachi it's yaksha, ohnoki it's super light weight and so on.

@@sagenido lol I've been using Yasaka on every game mode for years, trust me bud you're wrong about the jutsu. First of all the tracking and damage is amazing, the i-frames can block any ult which comes up a lot, it can even block the light of Infinite Tsukuyomi. Yes Infinite Tsukuyomi is "better" on flat maps but Izanami does a map wide stun and pitfall on pitfall maps, Izanami can also reverse and undo Infinite Tsukuyomi so it's literally a counter to the ult. The weak point on Itachi's kit is Tsukuyomi, the rest of his kit is great. I can tell you've never performed a team wipe pitfall on the Cloud map with Izanami and it shows.

@@Borchert97 I'll admit I'm wrong about yaksha beads not doing well In combat that was harsh, Id just say id literally never use it because I think there are better things to run (i.e super light weight + cellular giving cleanse and faster ult charge to your entire team which I value far far more than some i- frames and damage because I'm playing healer, if I'm attacking my opponent im stalling them to protect my team not going for damage) but it is 100% viable, Sure izanami is better on pit maps, but infinite tsukuyomi is still fantastic, and I value consistency over situational strength, there is never really a situation out side of your opponent playing izanami where infinite tsukuyomi is anything less than great , but izanami definitely has situations where it's just okay. And for pitting I still prefer feather illusion and mind transfer clone over izanami for the simple fact that they charge way quicker and mind transfer clone also steals ult charge. And yes izanami counters infinite tsukuyomi, but izanami isn't extremely popular cus like I said there are multiple fantastic alternatives that id even consider better than it to the point where getting your infinite tsukuyomi cancelled is never a thing you should really worry about and if it happens , it happen.

Borushiki isn’t the top half the time his ultimate never hits and not only that his jutsu just suck they never hit if the enemy is paying attention and I have accidentally dodged the big rasengan when I wasn’t paying attention

Borushiki at 1 is a joke I’m sorry but his rasengan can barley kill someome and his moon rasengan has bad range. In fact either kawashiki or BM naruto are number 1

Itachi on number 4 must be a joke he is a so weak healer not one heal jutsus and his attack jutsus are just ok but not good and buroshiki as 1 is pathetic he is good but not even on the top 5 this list is just trash
