It's bad if one is straight up an upgrade from the other, especially if it's 5 star vs. 5 star. Yunli, just being a better clara isn't a good thing as now that's one more character that'll forever be irrelevant to use.

tribbie, if her numbers line correctly, is going to be probably the best support for duo DPS team comps, even better than Ruan Mei. And I think that's what they want to do to her, make her an "offensive" Ruan Mei, that synerizes great with duo DPS in various paths such as Herta (+ anotehr erudition) or Feixiao ( + Topaz)

@@agp4048 Ice as an element is slowly getting a resurgence across 3 big hoyo games of zzz hsr and genshin. in ZZZ we just had a broken frost character that is relatable to ice who is miyabi. Miyabi is vergil's student and she literally broke the game. In genshin, citlali opened up many melt reactions to be more frequently played as melt has been forgotten a lot. Cryo may see its promised resurgence later with snezhnaya release with the region being centered around cryo. In HSR, this amphoreus release includes many enemies with ice weak. they also released 2 ice characters that are very good, the Herta and remembrance trailblazer

My favorite part of my HSR journey is that Himeko was my favorite unit before I started and everyone warned me she was a trash unit and now I'm seeing her as the top tier standard banner 5 star which brings me a lot of joy. I'm running Himeko with Fugue, Ruan Mei, and Lingsha and they are carrying me through everything. ❤

I got Yunli, her light cone and her first Eidolon. I remember people laughed at me when I said it back then. They're not laughing anymore tho, she's a freaking MONSTER.

Her lightcone is absurd and useful on other destruction characters, and her eidolon is like a straights up 36% damage boost if I remember right since so much of her damage is tied to her ult and most of that damage is in the additional hits. She's easily my favourite dps character and even though I rarely pull eidolons or LC, I'm considering her lightcone on rerun and maybe an e1 depending on my luck going forward.

she's just fun to play overall. Tier 0 dps? Definitely not. But I do enjoy struggling using her when my other moc half can comfortably 0 cycle every patch until now (e6 firefly will do that). If I could at least clear with less than 5 cycles with her, it's a win for me.

Yunli from my experience has very few weaknesses. She is strong in single, 3, or 5 target, does not care about weakness locks or breaking toughness, the only thing she cares about is enemies attacking you which seems to be not an issue with current enemy design. A big benefit of her being not very popular is also that she tends to fly under Hoyo's radar when it comes to designing matchups to buff or nerf certain characters. Hoyo loves to cater MoC to the current featured popular unit and then purposefully design the next MoC to counter that unit, and they do it a lot more for the big hitters like Firefly or Feixiao compared to Yunli and other "unpopular" characters.

I also find Lingsha being a great sustain in Acheron teams. I run her with Fugue in that team too, when you place Fugue's skill on Lingsha, everything she does, including her follow-ups, will apply a defense decrease. Racking up Acheron ult stacks has never been easier. Her Skill into follow up into ult which then procs follow up again instantly gives 4. Then if any character drops below 60% she gets another follow up for free so 5. This also becomes somewhat of a break team too. Even without fugue her ult gives a stack anyways and so do breaks, plus her cleansing is incredible. Just put Pela or Jiaoqiu in your other spot, or Sparkle if you have Acheron E1, then boom.

The one thing I will say for Luocha is he's basically Clara's best sustain option since his leech field means ever counter attack is doing a healing. Aventurine is still decent because... Because he's *Aventurine* but if the enemy breaks your shield, Clara is in danger of dying quickly (especially if you have her on Dance at Sunset like I do). So if you're a weirdo like me who enjoys maining Clara and Svarog (and Herta; 1.0 Herta mains gang rise up!) then Luocha is still a solid pick Edit: to those bringing up Huohuo, allow me to answer that as a E1 Huohuo haver: kinda but not really. In terms of utility, yes. In terms of *survivability,* no. At least not when you have Dance At Sunset equipped on Clara like I do. Luocha/Clara will heal the party with every counter attack, whereas Huohuo only heals at the beginning of turn and when an ultimate is used. And that's not even getting into Huohuo's LC options basically force her into either having enough ERR to cast ult consistently or have enough healing to not be at death's door 50% of the fight

​@@serikazero128the problem with Gallagher is in pure fiction, his healing relies on a debuff and if the enemy dies the debuff goes away, while luocha's field stays. While Gallagher is very competitive with luocha, I'd still say luocha is the best sustain for self harming characters like jingliu, blade, clara and the new upcoming Mydei.

People like you just like to take things at face value without looking and what's behind. Feixiao and FF without even one of theirs BiS drop off considerably, plus outside of specialized content they fall off even more, look at them this MoC damn it. Where was Acheron in full break tailored MoC? 2nd Where was Acheron in full FUA tailored MoC? 2nd Where was Acheron in full ST tailored MoC? 2nd Where's Acheron in AoE MoC right now? 1st Her competitors haven't been able to do the same with better resources availability and recency bias. From all this alone, even if now Herta is better, Acheron is undeniably the best DPS

Preservation MC carried me through penacony lol. Yukong also doesn't deserve to be in bottom tier, she is perfectly serviceable she just requires a lot of planning and stuff. She's hardly top tier but to imply she is in Yanqing tier just because she needs effort to setup is kinda just like... wrong? Especially when support characters are kinda rough when you're starting off. Also funny enough, with Fugue my Lingsha seems to perform better than my Rappa team as DPS which is fucking goofy

One important factor that contributes to gal's greatness is that with him in the team you don't have to worry about SP issues at all, because he takes so many actions. He also have a potent cleanse tied to skill(as opposed to lynx tied to ult) and he can take either multiplication for more SP or qpq for charging firefly's energy if needed

It's also not a bad idea to run him on post op to give him even more energy regen and pop more ults. I think multiplication might still be better but because his ult already advances him it can lose a little value on those specific turns where you basic + ult + EBA. People keep on telling me gallagher is just power crept by lingsha but if you actually do 1 to 1 comparisons they perform about the same. The major difference is that we've basically been in a perpetual aoe meta since she was released so she's seen much more value and with the herta and tribbie that's only going to carry on but when it comes to more single target content he is a monster and can actually outperform her at e6. I understand why people call her the best healer, but imo she's not. She's a great dps character, but in terms of actual utility as a healer I think characters like gallagher and huo huo are more useful.

Honestly, seeing you put out the “Why no one plays DHIL” video I was worried about his placement but high tier I can accept because he IS a high investment character and the poor guy is stuck in limbo as his niche of SP consumption is something that’s almost solely his own if you discount Qingque. Give the poor guy a (probably) Propogation themed SP based relic set or a dedicated SP support like JY has with summon support in Sunday and he’ll definitely rise. (Seriously, we have LONG since moved past Musketeer)

Serval already was higher than low tier BEFORE 3.0. She's really good in superbreak teams if you need a Lightning attacker because you don't have Firefly, or Lingsha+Fugue. Just put Passkey on her and build a ton of BE on her and you're good to go.

While I am a complete Linghsa shiller, I gotta say that there is one aspect of Gallagher's kit that makes better than any other sustain in this particular thing; SP generation. Even Luocha got beaten at that, and that's saying something. Lingsha and Gallagher share the break niche, true, and the former really powercrept the latter in terms of sustain power and offensive potential, AND she also works in FuA/Summon teams, sometimes even as a main DPS - which is kinda crazy. That said, Gallagher being a 4* character that excels in generating SP while being a respectable healer and also benefiting from the teamwide break buffs the archetype has makes him the second best Abundance, period. He can even actually be Nº1 in teams with heavy SP needs, like DHIL for instance.

As much as I love Acheron, and I mean that, Acheron already took a L when Feixiao released, and guess what will happen from now on with pretty much everyone that can be considered a DPS? I would probably move rmc down and put feixiao up but otherwise I'm basically in total agreement. RMC doesn't seem super useful for most people since the true damage for most characters only goes upto around 35% and it's only single target when we are definitely in more of a dual dps meta. They also can struggle a bit with uptime on faster characters or characters that action advance so I really don't think RMC should be top 10, they are great but not absolute top of the ranking. They seem best paired with hyper carry yunli and the herta but pretty replaceable in other comps so far.

Yanqing always gets rated so unfairly in these tier lists. He does have a huge glaring design flaw, but once you fix it, he’s basically Seele level. I’ve been using him to clear ice weakness with decent results since 1.0.

i haven't really looked at what her lc does or if she needs it, but therta already has great f2p team members in serval or little herta. if you have either of them e6, then you probably don't necessarily need to pull jade. yes, she's a damage upgrade and it also depends on your character roster aswell as your end game mode goals/stats. but you also have a higher chance of getting the lc compared to a character. after reading up on it for a bit: maybe it depends on your sustain. in f2p teams therta seems very sp hungry without it, you won't have that problem with jade (or the lc). but i assume if your sustain is sp positive (like gallagher or aventurine) it can work. in the end it just depends on your own preference :)

in terms of damage for therta, signature or eidolons are better investments than Jade imo - as good as Jade is, she's not particularly great UNTIL E1 (+ S1 ideally) where she becomes really broken (and actually versatile, importantly) With that same investment, you could get E2S1 Therta and at that point you could run bloody Rappa as the Erudition support and she'd still tear through all content. Assuming you only have enough for one more limited char/weapon, I'd go for her weapon (or even E1 if E2 is something you're willing to consider eventually) although LC is of course really comfy for the SP.

Dont drop your serval especially if you have The Herta shes her best battery while still stacking lots of interpretation in the process. Not only that shes still good in PF as shes basicly a budget argenti popping ults out the wazoo and for break teams with electric weak enemies. its niche yeah but shes worth the investment as a more supportive unit these days

Imo I feel like you are underrating Gallagher's performance since Lingsha came out. The fact that he is a healer who's an insane SP printing machine, on top of being able to provide Break damage, is one of the best users of Quid Pro Quo and also applies debuffs for Acheron or Ratio, makes him be an incredibly competitive healer even when compared to the 5* ones at times, and while I won't disagree on the fact that Lingsha is obviously very strong, you shouldn't underestimate him either.

I think you're being way too nice to himeko & mini herta. Sure they are a staple in PF, with decent value on other game modes.
