Every character is S tier it just depends on how you use it especially with Garou and Sonic as Garou is faster during ult so anyone hit by the activation can be hit by a 2 second run, dash, then crushed rock. Sonic meanwhile can have the over powered combo of fourth fold flash strike, Carnage then as they're falling down you catch them with twin blade rush.

Honestly metal bat deserves a S tier. Its passive may not be really useful but its combos are. All of his combos deal 75%+dmg and theyre so easy a 5y old kid on a ipad can do em. Lets not get into metal bat sweats. They can cook u in seconds. If ur evasive is wasted with metal bat jus leave the game. Its ultimate is a 1 2 combo and 1 70% hp move and a one shot move, which u can all combo.

@@achillguywhodoesntcare You know... If it require more skill than usual, that means ult is not really good. Compared to other ults, Garou one is one of the hardest to use. Skills 1, 3 and 4 can be countered even with Garou's counter. Skill 2 have really small range. Skill 4 is kinda easy to dodge. It have good things such as Final Hunt that deals 70% and bypass Death Counter and i-frames, good AoE at activation. But that's not enough imo. For example Sonic ult makes you hard to attack and you have good chances to win. Atomic Samurai have got very good skill 2, multi-target skill 1. Metal Bat have got good AoE and Death Blow. Saitama is just OP because you never know what he will use. Tatsumaki can catch and throw into nearby walls, use big aoe attacks and can catch with 95% damage skill. Martial artist have got some i-frames and can easier catch on distance.

Why metal bat is actually kinda bad grand slam: easily counterable foul ball: kinda hard to counter beatdown: kinda hard to counter homerun miss: vulnerable to attacks (no ivf) foul ball miss: getting close to the rock gives it no hitbox apparently and without a counter, just side dash from the foul ball and you're fine. keep your block up, and keep a safe distance. attack when the enemy is vulnerable.

List is not that bad for someone at your skill level (no offense). I honestly think metal bat is in B tier because it isn't as good as you sa it is. Sonic should be in C, all the moves except one are blockable. Tatsumaki is a B for me just because of how dodgable and blockable it is, even in its ultimate, and its passive is way too overrated, it honestly isnt that good.
