@@gmmybear_8776 Nah it's an A when you compare to the others S. Not the same impact. There is no real amazing panel. The only impact is the ending and it's too bland for a CC2 S tier Ultimate. But still Strong A tier. If their finished it with the shot of the slice on Rui head => S tier no debate. I think inosuke's with Black & White Ending should be A tho not S: Good Ending debatable process.

Personally, I like Zenistu’s and School-Insouke’s ults because Zen’s ult looks almost the same as the anime version so you can even go wrong there at all and Inosuke’s adds a playfully epic tone to the sweaty battles between your opponents-it can even be used to flaunt oneself’s ego 👌✨⚡️🐗

So I actually got some insight into this. There’s a possibility the reason you don’t see much of Rengoku’s esoteric art aside from the effects is because Esoteric Arts are passed down by masters to their children. It’s a skill only chosen few are allowed to learn and thusly taught to master. Like I said. Don’t know if that’s the actual reason but that’s the insight I received about it.
