Cryomancer annihilates every challenge in the game. It has been used numerous times in solo hardcore strategies and is vital in hidden wave. It is just a good stall tower overall. A tier is acceptable; B is just wild not going to lie. Placing the best, or second best, stall tower at that tier is some crazy work...

@@01_QH Dude what. If you don't play challenges that doesn't invalidate the usability of a tower. Stalling is not pointless either, in some scenarios bringing 3 damage towers isn't very effective you know. As well as bringing it in hardcore is a great choice as it provides a 10-15% slowdown to the Void Reaver. It can also be helpful in grouping up hoardes in the mid-late game. Those are just some qualities of the Cryomancer.

@@Vensionss That is one of the problem with event towers. Each one is unique in its own way, and that is the reason they are bad. The actual reason Cryomancer is not bad is because took a pre-existing tower (freezer) and made it better in almost every way. Cryomancer has pierce, slowness and freeze--There are so many cases that enemies have stun immunity on mid-late game, but not freeze immunity. These are all the things a stalling tower needs to be good. But getting back to the topic of the problem with event towers, another major problem is that they can easily be replaced by non-event towers. E.g: Exactly like how you can replace Cryomancer by Electroshocker. No, I did not forget that some late game enemies do not have freeze immunity, but if your point is that Cryomancer is so good at challenges, it is not a challenge anymore, is it? That means there should be another tower you could use to beat some challenges besides Cryomancer, and that makes my point stand again: Event towers are easily replaceable, I am not just talking about challenges, that was merely an example. Even if the replacements might be slightly worse, you can still win something with them. I do agree that Cryomancer is good, I was not saying Electroshocker was better than it either, but every other event towers sucking on what they are supposed to do because there is a non-event (or event) tower that is better than them in *almost* every way or just slightly worse performance sucks.

Note that Jester Frost blaster toxic gunner and executioner are more of support like towers they’re weak on their own but if used in pair with good towers or used correctly these towers are good (I only have executioner jester and elementalist that I forgor about like a dummy)

Honestly, I've seen worse, so I'm not complaining. S. Sledger (could be lowered to A) A. Cyromancer, Jester, Commando, Elementalist B. Frost Blaster (if it wasn't for the shadow nerfed that completely nuked him, he would have easily cleared all of these options), Slasher, Necromancer, Elf Camp, Harvester C. Gladiator, Toxic Gunner, Executioner D. Hallow Punk, Archer F. Snowballer, Swarmer Not in order btw

@@Jeyzz12 I don't think it's a shadow nerf, I'm sure it's a bug because WHY would the devs do this on purpose? Like frost blaster was a goated tower and was really good but as you can see by most of the loadouts people use in the game it's clearly not meta, and doesn't break game progression even though it's a really good tower. I don't see any reason why it needed a nerf. Also, the wiki doesn't state anything about any changes in the stats so I doubt it's a stat change

@@Jeyzz12 yeah, I'm confident and aware that his stalling is insanely good now after the rework. I'm just not sure if it's better than cryo's stalling, because cryo is an insanely good stalling tower. But then again, sledger also does insanely good AOE damage compared to cryo's crappy dps (including AOE its still not as good as sledger's), which I'm not saying it makes cryo bad, but cryo is simply not a tower meant for damage but purely stall. On the other hand, sledger is a bit of both and does well in both categories Edit: for some reason I thought we were talking about sledger, not frost blaster. For frost blaster, yes his latest rework, AKA the one last year made him the best freeze tower. I don't think his stats got changed after that, but now there's this bug and I don't think it's a purposeful nerf. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

I think i like Cryo more than how good it actualy is or i overreact with him. I did once a round to check out the gatling for myself and i used there cryo for stalling sub, but what hapend is that cryo was shredding last molten rounds by itself (maybe because i spammed a ton of them) without my gatling or any other dmg tover... ITS SUPPOST TO BE A STALLING TOVER, NOT A BRAINFREEZE A HORDE TO DEATH TOVER! Anyways, i think i wuld have put Cryo to A, but im a TDS pro with lvl 300, not a nerd wich knows evrything perfectly and what is how good.😅

Jester was the best event tower before the sledger rework and it's a fact. Fire and poison for amazing dps and defense melting, ice is great, especially for stalling bosses, and confusion guarantees you getting to the final wave. All that while being extremely cheap. Glad is irrelevant with shotgunner, all Goldens except mini, and brawler being better at early. And the only thing that made frost blaster good before was the instant freeze instead of chill. Now the cooldown pretty much works like chill.

I disagree with your placement of commando, as it is quite good and also versatile tower with the single target and the missiles dmg being quite good as well as stunning. The missiles turning into land mines also make it easier to focus them on singular enemies that leak. I would’ve put commando at low A tier

I have archer and personally its D it has garbage dps but its massive range (26) and pierce while having burn dps does make it atleast usable againts breakers or whatnot Edit: Jester is F tier in my oppinion bc it misses a lot with his trash bombs plus he deals less bomb dmg if its not fire

how is exe d bruh its dps is goated in hordes at max level lets theres a horde of enemies and its max it has 7 bounces so setting it to farthest it will hit all so 7 multipled by 80 is 560 and when returning to executioner it does the dmg again so its 1120 dmg per throw best case scenario ofc

I think it’s cause the axe has to travel all that time. In the time exe takes to bounce off all those enemies, mortar could have gotten off 2-3 shots or something. This also means that exe is benifited a lot less by commander or other fire rate boosts as the axe always has the same speed.

Exe can also tends to hit way more than 7 enemies, it bounces to 7 enemies but the axe does damage to anything it passes by, this also means it can hot the same enemy multiple times

​​​@@krahser6914 well. I suppose you don't know but I can't say you don't have the tower. But there was one update where executioner's axe will fly faster with fire rate buff. And with the correct targetting (it's random or farthest targetting) exe can be a great crowd dealer even without the enemies being cramped up. As the axe will fly towards them no matter where they are, and hitting even more enemies in the process. And sometime the axe deal double damage in a throw (it's a glitch)

@ I guess executioner isn’t as balls as I thought it was lol. I just never used it because mortar always just heavily outclassed it in my experience. Hell, mortars still do more damage to singular enemies even if the axe hits the same target twice, Im pretty sure.

necromancer is B-A tier for me because necromancer sucks really badly on earlier levels,but in max it is absolutely no doubt a great crowd control tower, first he can attack up to 7 ENEMIES!,second his ability he can summon skeletons on lightning which will do like 300 damage, if that attacked atleast 2-3 enemies it will do 900 damage, third its skeletons although rng based they are stronger now with an executioner skeleton having 3.5K hp and 124.75 dps, Skeleton Knights, And Hallow Guards with 1.25K Hp! And the necromancer gets its dps multipled by ,7 which is like 423 dps for crowds and with skeletons,damage,hp,and ability thats like 11.4K damage with its ability. Regarding that this is my opinion dont hate me for this breh
