A milkshake a frappe and a malt are all diffrent a milks shake has like ice and milk and some toppings a frappe is a coffee drink for a coffee place and malt is a milkshake with malt mix!😡

Malts have a powder in it called malt powder (think whopper candies) but is otherwise a milkshake. A frappe typically doesn't have ice cream in it and has ice. A milkshake is a milkshake. In New England though, or maybe just Massachusetts I'm not sure, it is a frappe when you add the ice cream as opposed to a milkshake wouldn't have the ice cream. Not sure why they do this but it was a very confusing concept growing up with one parent from Boston and one from Washington State.
