Ranking EVERY Martin Scorsese Film!!

Props on listing Cape Fear, Color of Money, Silence, and Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore so highly. I agree about Raging Bull. A brilliant film, but one I don’t ever feel like revisiting. I grew up in an environment full of chaos and tension so this movie as well as a lot of Cassavetes’s films I tend to respect more than actually enjoy. Goodfellas is also my favorite of his films. I recently rewatched Mean Streets around 2 years ago after at least ten years between viewings and I was blown away by how much more I enjoyed it. It’s moved up a lot, it’s in my top 5 now. I love the verite style of it and how he was using music so perfectly at a time when I think the only other movie (aside from Kenneth Anger’s movies) using music in a similar manner was Easy Rider. It feels like the blueprint for everything he’d become famous for.

Good list I'm glad Killers of the Flower Moon was on the list.Im glad Scorsese not afraid to tell stories like this and Gangs of New York sometimes History needs to be told.

that's definitely the most wild but also most honest and genuine Martin Scorsese ranking list I've seen like ever (even tho i think having raging bull at #12 is questionable), btw im really curious to see your top 10 list.
