PHD should be higher up because you take no damage from hellhound fire, and you take zero damage from infested areas and the aether storm. One other thing I might be wrong on but I'm pretty sure you take less damage from megabomb lazers

PHD blocks all forms of self inflcted splash damage, AND incendiary damage in general it definitely should be above Jugg or QR. Jugg for the first time in Zombies really doesn't matter

you basically become immune to dogs and when you have 5 of them on you in zone 3 its SO nice not taking the extra fire damage

Elemental Pop also makes zombies more vulnerable to elemental damage, so all ammo mods do more damage. At least that's how it worked in Cold War.

Calm down with PHD bro haha, you legit go into Tier 3 with ONLY Flopper and do a Outlast Contract Solo (as the Outlast Location has two jump down spots to where the enemies spawn) and one shots them from that height, it can be really fun and actually useful if you know how to use it, but it probably does deserve a high spot- With Deadshot you can really feel the difference when you take a Blue Weapon to Tier 2 and shot the zombies in the head, and then do it with Deadshot.

Speed cola ftw for me. I've gotten pretty good with movement so really the only thing i need is to just be able to change mags and plate up really fast and I'm good.

Nah I definitely have some disagreements (seems like everyone pointed out one in particular), so here’s my list: 1. Staminup 2. Speed Cola 3. Quick Revive 4. Tombstone 5. PhD Flopper 6. Juggernog 7. Deadshot 8. Death Perception 9. Elemental Pop Here’s my reasoning as to why each is where it is. Staminup is an absolute must for even remotely being able to survive in tier 3 zones, otherwise zombies will catch up to you and you’ll likely down no matter what, especially when doing contracts. Speed cola and quick revive together basically do a better job than Juggernog ever could. You should basically always have armor, so Juggernog is useless in that scenario and even when your armor is stripped, pull want to plate up immediately and you want your health to regen as soon as possible. Not to say Juggernog is bad, it’s just not as useful as in the OG. Tombstone itself does nothing, but it’s a good insurance policy in case you die. I’m ranking these based on playing solo, but in a squad this perk would be lower because teammates would be more likely to revive you. PhD Flopper is great because it not only protects you from explosions (making the ray gun actually usable), but it also protects against hellhound fire and the gas in aether nests, infected strongholds, and the circle making gas masks not as necessary. Deadshot is kinda irrelevant in lower zones, but it definitely makes a difference when trying to fight tier 3 special zombies (probably still needs a buff tho). Death Perception has one very important use and that’s being able to see the spores in aether nests and infected strongholds. Other than that, it’s not really useful because the best loot comes from completing contracts. And Elemental Pop is just meh. It’s better with high fire rate weapons, but it’s pretty pointless unless it procs brain rot or shatter blast which means it’s only useful 40% of the time

if they brought back the electric cherr effect when ya reload it'd be awesome again thats what made it so goated in cold war! plus it makes total sense as EC is elemantal itself! Yes i totally agree PHD should totally negate fall damage along with explosive damage like it does. Stamin-up should let you shoot/reload while running full speed. As for tombstone its NOT that good people ONLY like it cause they glitch it and exploit it to avoid playing as intended at all costs it seems for most these days!

I am totally and utterly addicted to speed cola. Imo its the best perk in the game followed by jugg and stamin. I literally hate playing without speed cola in my system. Lol.

I strongly disagree. I will list the place Number and reasons why. 1. Stamin up You can outrun tier 3 zombies. You are always on the move under a time limit so speed is essential. 2. Juggernaut Having more health is always a good thing and giving you more survivalbility 3. Speed cola You can reload faster and you can replate faster. Here a small tip. If you get low health just replate. Because every hit you get won't hurt your health and you can start passiv healing. Don't always waste all plates to have a full vest if you don't have enough. Use them as extra health for the moments you really need it. 4. Quick revive Faster health Regen is great and helping your friends faster is also a plus. 5. Death perception Especially strong if you do a lot of the infestation strongholds. It makes your life a lot easier to find all of them you get it done faster. 6 PhD flopper You get no damage from hellhound fire no damage of your own explosiv and you can walk inside infestation strongholds with no gasmask and you get no damage. 7. Elementary pop It's nice to be able to use your ammo mod more often or to get sometimes a random ammo effect. 8. Tomb stone You can get your money and your stuff in your backpack back. But not your equipment like backpack or west and non of your drinks. 9. Deadshot Daiquiri It removes your scope way. Well if you are able to tell me what else this perk does for PC player this would be awesome. I tried all the upgrades from Coldwar but I couldn't find any of them in this game. There is no increased headshot multiplicator. I tested it several times. No improved hip fire accuracy. If there is more damage against armor it's so small I never noticed it. Conclusion: If you want to switch the order from perk 1 to 6 I agree they have all great benefits and depending on your Playstile you value one more than another one. Elementary pop needs to get electric cherry back to get to the better perks. (If you reload all zombies around you get stunned. Stun increases the less bullets you have) Deadshot daiquiri needs to get more benefits like increased hip fire or more damage against armor to get reliable. Well and tomb stone it's just a perk that does nothing to keep you alive. It wants you to die. It's not really hard to stay alive even in tier 3 and with self revive it gets even easier. And if you die it's not this hard to get your stuff back. Tombstone at the moment just get used for glitching. So it will always be the last place on my list. Dead Wire would propably be the worst Ammo Mutation IMO, as in this game it barely, or never, jumps over to others and makes the zombie INVICIBLE so if you shoot a zombie in a doorway and it triggers, YOU ARE F'D.

speed and quick revive in a game full of armor plates lowkey make jug irrelevant in this meta, i'd argue it isn't even top 3 in terms of usefulness (speed, quick revive, staminup)

It's a must for me (on console too) in general for clearing objectives faster. The time limit is annoying
