Thanks for checking out the hard luck bears! I’ve been to Matlock and Warrington, but honestly Warrington needs to be careful with their bots cause last time I went they were doing a live Christmas show on the very tiny stage in front of the animatronics. Billy Bob's Wonderland is *SO CLOSE* to being amazing. If I were ranking these, I'd take more consideration into the atmosphere and stage design. Billy Bob's has a beautiful looking and HUGE stage in an equally large atrium with ample seating and provided food/drinks. They have a full lighting set for the show along with some fun extras like the disco ball and lanterns on Billy Bob's stage or twinkling lights on Rolfe's. The stage decor also looks lovely in general and is kinda unique in some cases. The bots themselves are inconsistent but are generally almost fully functional with slightly off adjustments across the board. Easy fixes. But those DARN COSMETICS need to go... luckily I saw a video (very recently) saying to someone during a stage tour that they were planning on giving the band new original cosmetics across the board along with some mechanical TLC. But no time frame was given.

Oh yeah, and their air compressor... yeah they gotta figure that out before the show is great again lol. Either that or increase the time between shows to allow a longer recovery period because 5 minutes isn't a lot when they have 12-20 minute shows that play at random 😅

Hello! Just wanted to put my two cents here 4 months late. The reason why Jack couldn’t make any beta Beach Bear and had to use Rolfe fur was because he would need authentic beta Beach Bear fur in order to cut a small sample out and send it to his manufacturer. Like his Dook head fur, he just so happened to have an extremely rare beta Dook fur that he cut a sample out to have reproduced. So until we find authentic fur, there will be no reproduction Beach Bear fur.

I have 3 things to say 1. When I went to BBWL a month ago I over heard the tech say he was going to try to make the movements nice and smooth 2. The rank screen was way to loud 3. If you included CEIs show where would you put it

I actually went to BBWL July 18th and the show seemed in good condition but the only problem was that dooks mask was starting to rip. so in my opinion it looked almost perfect...

This was made before the Billy Con revamp happened. Their main issue is their poor air compressor which cannot keep up as well as some of the flow adjustments. If they can fix those up (and some of the mechanical issues they’re having) then they’d be a lot better off.

@@mr.blakester That's good to hear. In some recent videos I watched, I noticed Dook was barely drumming at all, and he could only turn his head one direction. I'm glad to hear he's doing a bit better. I saw a live video by one of the stage techs at BBWL earlier today, and lots of work was going on. I'm hoping any other issues are corrected. I believe new masks are awaiting installation, too.

Hey Rob, Can You Please Do A History on The Chuck E Cheese’s Pizza in La Mesa, Ca/San Diego, Ca. It’s Located in The Grossmont Center Mall. It’s The Last “Chuck E Cheese’s Pizza” Left. It’s Also The Last Location The Have The 1993 Circle Chuck Star Cap Logo. The Front One Actually Fell Of During A Storm But The Store Put A afresh New one On. The Location Opened on August 2nd, 1993 and Is The Oldest One Stage Left. It Has Some Pretty Old Decor and Is One Of The Last REAL Showrooms Left. Can You Also Do Mira Mesa and National City (Both In San Diego)? They Both Opened As PTT’s in The Early and Mid is 1980’s.

​@@ItzaRobDo you know what might be causing the BBWL stage to be lacking? I've noticed the janky movement you speak of and the lack of fluidity. But, I'm a novice at how this stuff functions mechanically (and I'm not intending to knock the work of any tech by any means). Are the issues with the BBWL stage just a matter of maintenance to the characters themselves, or is there a poor air compressor issue as well? I'm just wondering why Dook and Beach Bear, for example, aren't as animated at BBWL as they should be. I really want the stage to look fluid someday!

@@csxno601 Well, I haven’t been able to work on those specific characters myself but I have restored one of my own and am fixing up problems with the other so I can probably say with confidence that a lot of it has to do with a combination of poor flow adjustment, movements (more specifically the cylinders themselves) not working properly or at all, and the air compressor there struggling to run longer shows since the full air pressure of 80 PSI can’t be maintained. They all need to be fixed, but it’s a matter of whether they’re gonna find someone who will actually be able to solve those issues.
