Update: So I got copyright claimed for the music I used during some of the part where I talk about The Warriors. They let me cut out the part where the music shows up, so I have. So apologies if it did cut out like 2 minutes of me talking. I just wanted to say that I think the game is great. The game pays a ton of respect to the movie and has a lot of fan service, including callbacks and the original actors coming back. The game is a solid 3d beat em up, kind of like a streets of rage game in 3d. While the gameplay as aged a little, its still very fun. Unfortunately the camera sucks, graffiti sucks and the police are just ridiculous in this game. The bosses are pretty awful also. But I still think this a super underrated game that people dont talk enough about.

Small suggestion; short of adding timestamps for each game (which might take too much time?), it would be nice if you could keep the name of the game constantly present on the screen somewhere so that it's easier for viewers to locate the game they're looking for. That would also allow them to skip through the video and still know what game they're looking at at any point in time (extra helpful when it happens to be a game that's unknown to them and when they've skipped the part where you audibly say the game's name during the introduction of the switch-over from one game to the next).

You’re really overhyping GTA 5, it’s an incredible game but I don’t think the story is even close to RDR2 or RDR1 or GTA 4 and the open world doesn’t have as much stuff to do as San Andreas nor is it as alive as either Red Dead. But I do agree that the gameplay feels like a perfect contrast of GTA 4 and San Andreas and it’s the smoothest of the series

Yeah, RDR2 is right up there with The Witcher 3 and Arthur with Geralt as my decade-defining gaming experiences - I only wish Arthur could just collect items like in a normal RPG and move around more lightly. Most of my physical pain from playing RDR2 came from having to hold buttons for tiny tasks, and positioning Arthur at the right spots for the prompts to appear.

GTA Vice City is my favorite. If I had a time machine and I could live in the 80s, I would go back. Sadly, I can't break the laws of physics, but this videogame is the next best thing. Playing Vice City is pretty much what I love to do in real life: just drive around town and blast the radio. They got all the cool bands and great music of the era, from many different genres. Of course, V-Rock is the best. :) The commentary is hilarious. GTA III may have written the Bible on the series' 3D formula, but Vice City gave it life with all the licensed music, and the styles. Honestly the graphics of this game (and III and San Andreas) are really fantastic. For 2002, it's impressive just how much detail is in everything. I love the lighting and night. Even today, it is remarkable just how lived-in and alive the world feels. Tons of more recent "open world" titles don't come close to just how much VC feels like a real place. Of course, the missions are fine too. Every GTA has high quality voice acting, and the writing is top notch. Red Dead 2 is perhaps the best in terms of story, graphics, and writing, but as a game it was soooo boring. If it were a tv show on HBO or something, I'd definitely watch it. But as a videogame, it just takes eons to ride anywhere on horseback with too limited fast travel. The Bounty system also was kind of broken. I kept getting in trouble with the law by accident when I didn't mean to or didn't think I would. And there are so many chores to do that it feels a little too realistic for its own good that it's less fun.

exactly gta v shooting is smooth as fk But smooth doesnt equal to the best. If your gonna compare the game as to how smooth is the shooting is then you would prob say that GTA V has a better shooting than Max Payne 3 xD Gta V shooting is wayy too easy most of the people die from a shot to the leg and some mfs are bullet sponges. And also the recoil is non existent Gta IV had some feel to its weapons due to their sound and actually feel different. Gta V citys contains wayy to many non enterable buildings , next time try looking for that. The side missions dont compare to gta IV and if you have played gta IVs side mission you would agree on that. Its just depends on general feel in the end, I am sure the only reason you dont like gta 4 as much as V is the tone. I see many people dont like Gta IV dark theme. @@Flightzer

@@adimark42 Don't know what happened to my previous comments. But i like GTA V More because of the more rural locations, And GTA IV has no rural assets at all, Same with San Andreas. I will agree that liberty city is miles better than Los Santos, But the rural side of the map is so much better than GTA IV's Map & i agree that the side Quests are much better, But GTA V's Story missions are way better than GTA IV's they have much more variety than 4's "Go Shoot this person & then Escape the cops" & that is one of the main reason i don't like GTA IV as much & i absolutely despise most of Alderney's Mission for how much of a difficulty spike it is. And i haven't played any of the Max Payne games so i don't know shit about how good or bad the shooting is. And i love the tone of GTA IV. I don't really like the grayness to the screen but i fixed that by turning up the brightness. And yes i agree that GTA IV has more enterable buildings. And one thing i didn't mention before is that i also hate the driving in that game and some people say "But the driving in GTA IV is realistic unlike GTA V" and to that i say bullshit, i have driven before & i can say that GTA V nailed the realisticness in the driving...

I absolutely love thrasher skate and destroy it’s not for everyone I understand that but for actual skaters that game was so good and I respect it so much. Just a small correction though it actually came before tony hawks pro skater by a few months not the other way around. It actually was one of the few skateboarding games to not be made off influence from the tony hawk games. The real reason it didn’t do well was because the average gamer didn’t want a game that realistic. Tony hawk was more easy for a gamer to just pick up and play. Thrasher made you learn tricks before performing them properly and made you really think about the environment and your speed etc. if you went to do a trick down a stair set you had to prepare and execute a trick at the perfect time or your board would not flip all the way and you would get hurt. Grinding slowed you down really fast if not done right. You even had to hit a button to actually level out and land a trick or the impact would make you wipe out. To someone who isn’t a skater this shit would be way to annoying to enjoy. But there will never be another thrasher skate and destroy corporate devs these days would never take a risk on something that crazy realistic anymore.

i respect putting gta 5 first but for me rdr2 is so much better, but i guess its because i value a good story heavily and its usually one of the most important things for me in a game

I don't agree with the order you put them in at the top end. When you announced Vice City at 5, sure, it's a top 5 game. But the fact GTA V wasn't listed yet was concerning. Then you mentioned RDR, I was just "Oh god, GTA V isn't a top 3 game". Then San Andreas came up and I just went "Alright, V DEFINITELY isn't as good as San Andreas". Then when you said R2D2 I just lost it "WTF! THIS should be on the top spot!" My changes would be RDR2 at #1 San Andreas at #2 RDR and GTA IV would be fighting over #3 I'd keep Vice City at #5 as it at least deserves that much Then I'd put GTA V where you put GTA IV, I'll be quite honest. GTA IV is my favourite game of all time and GTA V was always a disappointment from day 1. What that game did right it borrowed from other games. Character and car customisation from San Andreas, weapon wheel from Max Payne 3 etc. I'd say your list was very subjective at the top 10 and mine I'd say is mostly objective (hence why my favourite isn't at the top, but rather the games that wowed me the most are beating it). I'll now go and watch the last 14 mins that's remaining

Sure gta v has changed alot in the gaming history and it is fun as hell but as a story game of rockstar it isn't above gta 4 , rdr2 and san Andreas i haven't played rdr1 but i see many people say it's story is brilliant so i an gonna take thei word for it. But people here saying rdr2 is over hyped are really dumb because gta v is the actual overhyped game here. The game is amazing for sure and i still plah it tome to time to enjoy my free time but it's stories , open world interactions, the character building doesn't even come close to rdr2
