The train fight stays unmatched let alone ending with one of the most iconic spiderman saves. 21:42 Raimi Doc ock has superhuman durability on his usual body after getting these tentacles , i don't really think it's explained how but it's clearly shown that he has , think i heard that the novelization does state that Spiderman holds back on him but still we've seen him get pulled by him and fall with on a train from a building level height and simply get back up to fight more , get hit by a table pulled by spiderman so hard that gets thrown flying out the bank making a dent in a car and again get back up to rip out the car doors and throw at spiderman , get punched in the face so hard that his tentacles get ripped out the wall and he gets thrown away but still be ready to fight more , take an electrical shock from wires powering his fusion reactor in the final fight and still not be dead , get slammed through a wall by electro in nwh and regaining his composure mid air to hold on to the building mid fall with tentacles and run away . So from Spiderman 2 it's pretty clear he is a strong superhuman in terms of durability of his overall body and that only continues in nwh as well . Maybe the needles going into his body to attach the tentacles are supposed to strengthen his body to withstand being close to the fusion reaction he was doing as well although this wasn't stated , ik this logic sounds more stupid than a Goblin serum but what else could it be? Anyway he is intended to be that strong even without proper explanation and can't really get close to dying with that bag of coins .

Goblin vs Tom's Spider-Man in Happy's apartment was great but nothing will beat the train fight in Spider-Man 2. Nothing comes close to that fight. The way how Peter dodges through the rail when dock ock threw him off the train, him dodging cars on the street lying on his back, him catching civilizations while trying to catch up to Ock, etc. Its flawless. There's so many details about that fight that makes it best.

I absolutely love black suit Spider-Man vs Sandman in the subway. The coreography was fantastic and it really showed off how brutal and angry the suit can make Peter. I especially loved 1) the shot of Pete swinging under the track, through all the pipes, and back up onto the tracks, and 2) the shot where they're both falling off the tracks, slam onto a pipe, and Spidey decides they aren't done yet and punches Sandman throigh the pipe to keep falling

I kinda disagree on Shocker vs Tom's Spider-Man and Bonesaw vs Tobey's Spider-Man bcz its like Spider-Man's first fights in the comics, like when 616 Spider-Man was fighting Vulture for the first time, he was caught off guard by Vulture making a swift turn and got knocked by a single punch from Vulture and got thrown into a water tank nearby, I saw those two fights as the same fight here also might be a hot take but for me the SM-2 train fight was kinda unnecessary, in Amazing Spider-Man (1963) issue #3, Spider-Man has knocked out and defeated Doc Ock by a single punch to the face, he even says it in that comic that "the strongest opponent I faced but all it took was a single punch to the face" but in the movie Doc Ock is tanking all of Spider-Man's punches to the face with no difficulty

Just because it's from the comic, doesn't mean the movie has to do it. Raimi film ain't the 616 bud, comic accuracy does not always = good. The train fight supposed to represent octopus vs spider, you are not supposed to view it as a man with 4 arms vs a man with powers. it's also established that the peole in the Raimi universe is generally stronger like Bonesaw can take multiple hits to the gut, Flash can take a straight up hit to chest, and for Doc ock case able to take the hits probably because of the 4 AIs cut off his nervous system, which located in the spinal cord like the movie shown...that's why Tobey the most buff looking Spider-Man .

It's not " generally stronger " thing in this case , the instances you mention are when his powers had just started developing and it goes on throughout the first movie , by the second fight against Goblin in the burning building he should be very much able to just kill a regular human with a close combat hit , but Doc ock actually has superhuman durability proven in several feats and spiderman is also most likely holding back since he isn't really angry .

Looking back at all the movies, one of the reason I'm so disappointed with Tom's films is that I've always felt the villains in Homecoming and FFH are underutilized: I know Vulture is a seemingly uninteresting villain, but even reading ASM #2 my imagination runs wild as to how a battle against Vulture in the middle of Manhattan as an inexperienced Spider-Man who has to use his raw abilities instead of a fancy suit... You can see how the plane set-piece (though interesting) and the battle at a beach (a setting neither characters can truly showcase their true potential) that Peter didn't even won was disappointing to me. Also, the illusion scene we got in FFH was cool, but admittedly what takes away from Mysterio as a whole for me in that film (character writing aside) is that the final battle doesn't feature him in full fishbowl costume, nor interesting robot designs. Mysterio feels more like the Thinkerer from the comics in that fight. I wish he was better utilized as a while, even if I do think he was partially better used than Vulture. Even the Amazing Films had great fight scenes, specially for a character like Lizard who I believe is seen as even less interesting than Vulture. NWH had cool fight scenes. I don't think any of them are my absolute favorite, but are really good. Maybe what I like in these scenes is to see both characters abilities being used at the peak of their potential, and above all else, stimulate my imagination, as unorthodox as that sounds.

Imo every "fight scene" Tom had besides NWH should be at the very bottom. Cause he doesn't actually fight until then. He literally throws his first punch at someone in NWH lol. Before then, all he did was swing around and web bad guys up. I barely count any of them as fight scenes. Well, it is your list, but its hard to not see the train scene as #1 lol. The apartment scene is great, mostly cause of Dafoe. And it was when we FINALLY saw Toms Spider-Man actually fight someone. But man the train scene is just legendary. Solid video overall, though can't say I agree with the placements. A lot of the fights in the Tom Spider-Man movies are low for me, because they barely feel like fights. Its more so Spidey needing one lucky shot, or outlasting the antagonists to win. As to where in the other movies, he very much has to put in some crazy physical work to get out in one piece. With that final Vulture fight for example... Vulture basically screwed himself over. So again... luck lol. No Way Home very much addressed this though, because Tom Spidey went crazy there. Those Goblin 1-on-1s are killer. My tangent aside, again, video itself was good!

I disagree with a lot of these. I grew up on tobey. If a fight doesn't have a single actual punch or kick connect, I can barely consider it a fight. If they ain't boxing even a little, then it's whack to me. All of vultures fights were kinda boring to me. Mysterios first fight was the exception. God tier. Straight outta the comics. Electros fights... meh. I was super happy when they announced the fights in no way home were gonna be more in line with the raimi fights.

After the redesign by Romita to make Spider-Man a bit stockier than the Ditko era is when he really began going toe to toe with opponents. He was fist fighting all through the 80s. It's really only the 90s on they leaned more and more into his acrobatics. Guys like Ron Frenz and Mark Bagley doing the multiple Spider-Man on a panel to convey his speed and motion. Tom and Andrew jump around shooting webs. But sometimes as evidenced by Green Goblin, you gotta knuckle up and knock someone out

Spider-Man has the most consistently fantastic fights in superhero films, whether animated or live-action. Especially in the MCU. The only ones that compare are the Steve & Bucky fights in Winter Soldier.

I never cared for the construction mysterio fight in far from home. It works as Psychological torture, but as a fight i never felt pulled in. What makes Mysterio interesting in the comics is you don't know what's real and whats not. He uses his environment and a mix of practical effects along with his holograms. But here its all holograms, in an environment you know isn't there, with people you know aren't there. Visually it's nice, but i can still tell its all cgi, i know its not supposed to feel real, but it would have been more effective if it did. At least with the fire elemental fight you had Ned and Betty in danger, that was no illusion. And the setting of the carnival is more up mysterio's alley.

Andrew is still my favorite "Spider-Man" out of the bunch. He really nailed the super hero character. I just wasnt so sure about his Peter Parker

No way the condo is better than the train but it’s definitely top 5. I will say Goblin in NWH was better than he was in SM1. Dude went from slightly serious power rangers villain to a straight menace

Not to be biased, it was really all my opinion, I had did a video ranking all the Spider-Man swinging scenes using the final swings and by enjoyment and the way that it is shot or choreographed. My rankings from “Worst” to “Best” was Tom, Tobey, Andrew

All opinions but Id say the subway Scene with Black Suit Spiderman and Sandman scene is millions of times better than the Fight with Tom against the goons and the and slight tussle with Vulture since its well very violent And smooth Plus the beginning of the fight. "EVERYTHING" Into the double kick👌
