To fit LOTM into DnD I think it should be something like this: Level 20: S.0 Level 19-18: S.1 Level 17-16: S.2 Level 15-14: S.3 Level 13-12: S.4 Level 11-10: S.5 Level 9-8: S.6 Level 7-6: S.7 Level 5-4: S.8 Level 3-2: S.9 (Subclass choice) Level 1: Normal person

Haven't watched this yet but I saw a cool fanmade pathway on tiktok where sequence sequence 3 is called folk of yore and the ritual is to create a folklore or legend in a town and the abilities you get depends on the strenght of the folklore creature sequence 2 is called myth forgot seq1 name and sequence 0 is called outsider and great old one is called unkown
