Harrow is a good frame but yes, he is a buffer for the team, a pretty powerful one too since the crit buff on his 4 goes up to 50% and its a flat number added to the weapon. Low crit weapon? No problem, you now do 50% crit. You want a balance of duration and strength so the invincibility period lasts a while, but not too much so the crit buff lasts forever as you want to be able to use his 4 as a panic button to be invincible. 1) Chain the boys up a few times 2) Cast 2 immediately to gain a fire rate buff with healing 3) cast 4 and while you are invincible press and hold 3 until you get a decent energy buff 4) repeat It's really that simple. Also, his 2,3 and 4 effect allies as well. If you press 4 you don't have to take damage, allies can absorb damage too to get the crit buff.

Ricky mate you do know that harrows 2nd ability also buffs fire rate and reload speed of your guns and is one of the best fire rate buffs in the game. Also you want a large energy pool with harrow so flow is good lots of power strength and a decent amount of duration, depending on what build your going for some range can be good but not needed. I also do highly recommend running a shield mod for harrows 2nd ability think of it as a alternate energy pool. Also recommend looking up a guid to shield gateing but not needed until you get to steel path. I really do recommend looking into status effects as well they are going to be very important later their not that complicated to understand but they do make the world of difference if you know what your doing as some weapons and mods scale off amount of status effects or from specific status effects and once you get to steel path if you don't implement these properly it can make killing enemies a lot harder "bigger numbers don't always mean better results" especially in this game
