Evolto is not the best but what i like about him is that he has a "joker" personality beside just a motive of destroying the world. His personality is one of the many reasons why Build succeed.

I would argue Maki has more of a personality and charm than Kazari. Besides Maki's philosophy and creep factor, there's also the fact he was part of the heroes group since the early episodes, and the way his deadpan attitude clashed with the rest of the goofy over-the-top characters was tons of fun. I barely remember anything about Kazari besides how he died. Also, while I enjoy Evolt more than every Gaim/Ex-Aid villain (not a fan of either of those shows tbh), I completely understand why not everyone likes him. His nonsensical plans and pure evil personality starts to drag as the show goes on, and it feels like the plot should have wrapped up 10 or 15 episodes sooner than it did. He could have been a lot better.

it's actually really funny you brought that up because that actually proves his philosophy. we remember maki due to his death, and in a way proved that his greatest worth came from his death, not his life.

I guess heart thought the promise number will sent him and his friends to a beautiful place where he and his friends can live happily ever after I mean he cares for his friends and will do anything for them because he has a big heart so yeah I think that's his reason for doing these things

I agree with most of the list. However, I disagree with your placement on Dr. Maki and Gamou and the Horoscopes in general. Not all of them were lame only Taurus, Aquarius, Cancer and Capricorn were lame. Taurus was just a control freak. Aquarius was jealous for no reason. Cancer pushed it. And Capricorn was a filler villian. Dr. Maki and Kazari should have been tied.

No Evolto really knew it because katsuragi Takumi’s father learned what could happen if Evolto had the box, and was forced to do it by him, He manipulated Sento to get all the bottles and to improve the Rider System so he could use it with his Black Hole power so he could fuse it with the box so he could make the universe in his own image, and also the overpowering bit that Sento does, is because evolto was just playing around with him for his amusement, so you’re dumb if you think evolto is Dumb!

I don't know if main villain is quite the right term but Redyue from Gaim is at least a major arc villain and she's such a great hate sink. Just a complete empathy lacking serial killer with a limitless ego but also acts like a whiny child and throws a tantrum any time anything doesn't go her way. SPOILERS: It really shows when she murders Roshuo. Just goes ballistic and screams and repeatedly stabs him because she seems to feel betrayed that her betrayal didn't work. I think the reason it's hard to nail down a single big bad (or even a couple) for Gaim is because it's not about a malevolent force trying to enact a plan. It's about a completely neutral force of nature just doing what it does and how people react to it

I think kurodo wanted to satisfy himself how do you beat your comparators by making a real game and also satisfy himself and show emu that he could make better designs and could make a real life game because emu can't top that even if he wanted to so in opinion kurodo made the rider chronicle just because he could get control over the people and beat his rivals and to satisfy himself so yeah he just did all these things to fuel his ego and to tell himself that he's better and that no one can come close to his power truly kurodo is an a##,h#*@ and he loves to keep it that way lol
