The problem with these is that you assume they know Dexter is coming after them. One big thing in Dexter was the fact that Dexter usually stalked from afar, then attacked with stealth and stun. Any human target would be possible for him, just as long as he kept his cover. In the show, they definitely showed how difficult it could get for Dexter if his target was aware of him. It was the big mistake he made with Trinity when not taking him out at the earliest possible time.

Yeah, Walt should be lower. In Breaking Bad, the Salamanca twins casually break into his house, wait for him to leave his shower, and wait to kill him, with Walt having no idea. They just get called off. Dexter could easily get him.I do think Characters like Anton would be in the same tier even if they didn't know.

I mean some characters are shown to be extremely wary of their surroundings including spotting a tail or avoiding being tracked or playing the same roles as dexter guving them insight into that kind of person Like arthur spots tails and tracks enemies/debtors/bounties and animals lives as a nomad with survival skills and weaponry/fighting skills And then you have javier bardems character from no country for old men who avoids capture sneaks into private areas tracks down his victims and gets away Both characters have more endurance then dexter imo and would likely be able to outlast him in nature or leading him on a goose chase as neither stays in one spot for very long

This was my complaint in his previous video. Why does he always rate these based on a full on fist fight 1v1 terms? That's not what Dexter is, nor does. @@ostgotenherr1462 It's actually pretty easy for Dexter to realise Light is the killer, he isn't as socially unaware as L and would easily pick up on Light's demeanour, the reason is because Dexter is cynical and always looks out for the worst in someone, while Light is narcissistic and only see's his goals. (It's quite a thin difference) but that's what would get Light killed, he would come off as too self centred and once Dexter asks him a question about murder he's gonna be a bit shocked. Light hasn't actually researched a "Unknown suspect" before like Dexter is. If Dexter met L in person, they could easily team up and take down Light. To be honest, if we were to put Dexter in the Death Note universe, he stands a better chance against Light then he would in his own.

It all depends on two variables: one, if Dexter knows who Walt really is (both live by the same code of operating without getting caught, although Dexter is obviously a lot better at that than Walt). Or secondly, if Walt knows Dexter was coming after him or not. Walt might be careless and emotionally rash at times, but it's when he's careless that he actually comes up with some of his most impactful feats - either as a part of, or often a direct response to his carelessness (e.g. the wheelchair bombing). Walt doesn't even mind sacrificing himself if he knows there is no way out, and was incredibly methodical in executing that in the final episode of BB with his revenge. The most likely scenario that I could see happening is Dexter absolutely getting Walter on his table and even killing him - only for a hidden machine gun set to go off (e.g. Walt made a device in advance that triggers when his heart stops beating), or some other premeditated method that takes Dexter by surprise and kills him too. Walt belongs in a "I'm going down but Dexter is absolutely going with me" tier, so the situational ranking makes sense. Now obviously if Walt doesn't know anything whilst Dexter has full info, then it's a totally different story as Dexter tables Walt like a thanksgiving buffet. But then applying the premise of "Dexter's target doesn't know anything about Dexter while he has full info of the target", would knock 90% of the previous list rankings into a "100% on the table" tier, and where's the fun in that?

@@Howardax Not to mention Walter is extremely manipulative, Doomsday Killer convinced Dexter he wasn't the guy he was going after, and due to Dexter letting him go the DK became a seasonal boss. If Walter gets to convince him ( especially since Walter's slate is clean, no criminal record, cancer, loving family with a baby and a crippled kid, etc ) to let him go, Dexter's going to get cooked.

I would say it would be a stalemate honestly, because Dexter doesn't have the resources L did. So I think it's really likely that he never even figures out that Kira exists, like he might suspect someone is behind the death of criminals, but not only would he have no way of proving it. There's literally no way he could figure out where Light is even from. L needed to bait Light with a broadcast in collaboration with Interpol and the Japanese police. Dexter doesn't have any of that. And we'll if Dexter isn't hunting Light, then Light would have no idea who Dexter is and therefore would have no reason to kill him.

No version of Dexter in remotely fair circumstances can touch Chigurh even if he drops everything. It's not entirely clear how "smart" Chigurh is, but he is at a bare minimum p damn intelligent, and he's ALWAYS prepared for anything involving tactics. Extremely efficient in stealth + getting the jump on people, incredible shot, incredible tracker, completely ruthless and focused, extreme resistance to pain, patient, he's got every tool a realistic killer needs.

Both Lundy and Dexter considered each other equals, with Lundy saying that he was lucky that the Trinity Killer chose Miami so that he could have access to the best crime scene analyst he knows, Dexter himself called Lundy a "Worthy adversary". He constantly finds murderers who never had a case against them, meaning he just finds these people out in the wild (Such as Mike Donovan and Boyde Fowler) Figured out pretty quickly that Arthur Mitchell was using the four walls builds to hide his kills Can create 100% correct crime scenes in his mind, accounting for the correct direction, amount, and pattern of the blood in extremely in depth detail in a matter of minutes despite being out of his prime. This would have required an immense, superhuman amount of knowledge in various types of math and science, extremely high capacity for thought and even a seeming master of multi tasking. Which on this level would be almost impossible. Connected a seemingly unrelated homicide to a serial killer case from the 80's and deduced that he was likely in a retirement home, later he was able to easily get himself free access to the retirement home and almost immediately deduced the identity of the Tooth Fairy Has enough to skill to brutally overwhelm and strangle a special ops soldier while Doakes had a gun, Dexter was handcuffed and had a gunshot wound. Doakes is also shown to be able to out shoot a fellow soldier who Dexter was impressed by, stating that he was able to shoot with incredible accuracy in under a second. Easily killed the Skinner who was a captain in the military, while he had a broken hand. When Vince was talking about Oscar Prado's murder he stated that the person who stabbed him either got super lucky or was unbelievably skilled. He knows Judo and advanced Jiu Jutsu even describing the latter as "An easy credit" Evaded the entire FBI despite Lundy (who’s shown and stated to be an insanely skilled detective) sharing an office space with him. Easily crushed Logan's neck. Briefly wrestled with Ray Speltzer, a man on steroids who could hold his own against 4 cops before being immobilized by them Dexter has survived being stuck with syringes filled with Etorphine which is 10,000-30,000 times more potent than morphine He clears the list unless its something supernatural like undead Jason Voorhes. Michael Myers was shown to be knocked down multiple times so thats all it takes for dex to cut him in multiple pieces and throw him in the ocean.

However, we're talking about the main four: Freddy, Bunnie, Foxy & Chica; who *besides being just attractions* were never shown to be able to hurt people more than any person using a metal weapon would. Taking the movie as reference: They rely on their victims being unarmed, too scared to fight back or running straight into their ambushes. Nah, I feel that Billy and Stu would take Dexter out 1st. With John Kramer, i think you underestimate Dexter by asking if he would survive Jigsaw traps, he definitely would. There were tens of thousands of suspects and you must take into account how technology was RADICALLY different than modern times. Dexter would be clueless, and even if jack wasn’t aware and if they bumped into each other somehow Dexter wouldn’t even know. Also this is 1800s London, jack knows all the alleys and streets and everything while Dexter would still be figuring out the city and the only evidence he could “use” to “track” him down couldn’t be used because of the authorities having it.
