this is all my opinion, and i don’t tolerate blatant disrespect towards artists in my comments. by all means you’re allowed to have a least favourite but be respectful about it! don’t be bashing me about the ranking either, it’s not meant to be taken as 100% ‘truth’ and you should enjoy what you want without being judged :D

This feels like Monstercat's redemption arc for July and August's riddim influx. So many big returns and debuts in and around the past few months since August. Led by Virtual Riot and Conro, and overall, it feels similar to last month in terms of quality, maybe slightly worse than September but still good. I went into October with very low expectations given last year, but I came out enjoying this month. Since the year is nearly over, my overall thoughts feel divided on this year. While the best is top notch and some of the best material the label has released in years, the worst of this year might be some of the worst material the label has signed to date. @ yeah Conro has fallen off for me lately, so I wasn’t really interested in his EP… and once I found out that the Bella Caio vocal was just a sample and NOT an original vocal, it became a lot more lazy in my eyes, and lost the creativity I thought it had before…
