I never expected this series to have the action scenes that it did. Bojji building his own kingdom, is one of the most boss moves he ever did. Excellent first season

The dead don't age, if Miranjo died at 15 she will forever be stuck at 15. It doesn't matter if her soul was placed in the mirror, her body was killed. Like Ouken losing his humanity due to immortality maybe Miranjo lost whatever humanity was left while being inside of the mirror; which is why she said "I've been saved" to Daida when Kage thanked her.

The only age, besides Ouken, I’ve seen in the manga is Miranjo 1yo(?) because of a note… and it was when she met the demon kid 🤣 lol she looked at least 5-8 yo… do people in this manga age differently??? I’m kinda confused but actually I don’t really care about the ages of any of the characters so I don’t mind 😅

I’m really glad you guys got to enjoy and watch this series, this is the anime that got me back into watching the current cycle of stuff and get me really into watching anime period after a long dry spell, simply because I never want to miss out on a potential hidden gem like this ever. As for the more cringy/ questionable relationship with Daida and Miranjo, the way I see it is that Daida does feel bad for Miranjo and Bosse basically asks him to look after her, plus if she’s really sorry she can use her abilities to actually service the kingdom that she’s now indebted to, and you can’t help a kingdom while being dead or locked up. I think ultimately it comes down to the fact that the series ends where it does before the manga is even touches any of Miranjos redemption arc which I’m sure will play a pivotal role in the future of the series, but for now we are just stuck with what we got. If anything I do kinda wish they elaborated more on what her role will be but either way I’m beyond excited for the future of this series ♥️

Can’t wait for 2nd season, already cried like 7 times with the new chapters 🤣 and some weren’t even sad, they were “realization moments” 🥲. Ouken’s body knows where his head is. If the Ouken problem was resolved there then we wouldn’t see the Underworld brothers ever again because the only conflict is Ouken. There’s so much good content of the Desha part that I would’ve felt so angry if they fit everything in a few minutes. They need a kingdom that accepts 100% Kage. Old kingdom piece would’ve either badmouth him or be suspicious of him. If you can read the manga, do it. So many good parts were left out(understandable), chapters 1-155.

This became one of my fav animes it's so perfect. My only problem is the miranjo stuff, but it could be easily solvable if they do something with her in season2, we'll see😅

Same, such a great anime! I'm not that bothered by the "Miranjo stuff". There's a lot of greek mythology vibe in this anime, and if you're familiar with that kind of Mythology, you know there's some weird/questionnable stuff happening in it, just for the sake of the myth. Some people were looking too deep into this!

i LOVE the show, my only gripe is the fact that we do not really know on why Ouken got crazy and "bad". At the age of 25 he got the ability of being immortal, a few years later he get's crazy cause of that, how? It's not like he was around for 200-400 years or something which makes it weird for him to turn insane in the first place.

It is implied that Ouken not only "inherited" immortality from his father or rather from the wish of his father, as Satun himself was never immortal, but he also inherited his fathers will. That is the thing driving him into madness, evil and cruelty
