Missing SSJ 2.0. That figure is amazing, the shading is great, it’s bulky and and the body goes extremely well with base Goku head.

For Ssjb Goku he's based on the poster for the Broly Movie where Goku was Ssjb with his gi intact.

Yeah I know, I just wish he was more movie accurate. Mainly because I use them in diorama displays. So I like to have them in poses from the movie. Still a great figure… that is literally my only knock on it.

Another great video! I do believe that lssj goku is 3.0, and I use my df martialist forever goku body with superhero gohan’s head to make buu saga gohan it looks so good. You said ssj3 is your favorite look for goku right? How do you feel about Kong studios/beast deities ssj3 gokus?

Thank you!! I bet that works great for the buu saga, I almost got 2 of the df gokus to do that same thing. I love the look of the Kong studios ssj3 Goku a lot. I have the sh version and the df version and just couldn’t see myself paying the price for the kong studios version now and have 3 of them…. With that said the Kong studios one is the best looking one!

The LSSJ Goku fig is actually a 3.5 since SHF says that it’s a more “advanced” version of 3.0, kind of like how the SSGSS Vegito fig is a 2.5.

Thoughts on people complaining about the Toyotaro Goku figure not being the same as the box art? That it’s not muscular enough? Yeah it would be nice if it was a little more muscular. Somewhere between the current version and Lssj 3.0 Goku. But then if they did that people would complain they put a brand new MUI Goku mold in a pbandai exclusive. Since it would be a whole new figure basically. UI omen and MUI are supposed to be forms where Goku is more slim than other forms. Back in Z Ssj Namek Goku was more muscular. In Super Goku is less muscular. Also it’s the same thing as fast food, junk food, etc advertising and making the food look way better and more than what you get. But the actual product size and amount is a lot less. Which is why it says “product is enhanced or enlarged for product photos only”. Same with Shf and other figures the product photos and prototypes always look better than the actual version. Since it is mass produced and has qc issues sometimes.

I completely agree with your assessment! I do not mind the body of the Goku. He is not overly bulky in the anime and or manga as UI. I think at the end of the day it all comes down to personal preference. I enjoy the look and feel of the figure. I think they did an amazing job, other than the back not being sculpted. Are there things they could have done better? Maybe , but then again we could say that about every single figure they have ever come out with. I think it comes down to enjoying the figure for what it is. Super articulated, an art form, and looks amazing displayed in dynamic poses!

You should get Demoniacal Fit Counter Attacking K (Super Saiyan Blue Goku, with Whis gi) it has Kamehameha effect And also DF Unexpected Adventure (GT goku with Base headsculpt and SSJ headsculpt, the body is almost the same as the CounterAttacking K, but with few differences and it's recoloured) and this one also has Kamehameha effect too Just look it up, you might like it

I have seen both of those around and definitely want to get them! I never liked the whis outfit on the sh version I had it and sold it. The DF version looks 10x better! Thank you for the recommendation I appreciate it!

Although the demoniacal fit goku is great, when you compare them to the other gokus is that its bigger, and unfortunately, you can't head swap it with the 2.0 heads because it has a huge neck

Very true, with that said the head swap thing can be fixed though. There is someone that makes neck pegs for 3.0 bodies so they can fit 2.0 heads.

18:56 that’s not a quality control issue. It’s a design choice. All Toyotaro Gokus do not have shading on the back. Makes no sense why they didn’t just add shading in the back too.

Another problem is the neck peg being different. The old one worked with all 2.0 Goku heads just fine. The new one fit is not as good and shorter neck.

I love my Toyotaro Goku, the shading… well where it’s shaded is amazing and the extra hair sculpt is perfect!

@@Anime_Culture00very easy fixes for Tamashii. Same with Lssj Goku the chest did not have shading and was a different color than the rest of the skin. In the poses they use with the figure toyotaro Goku, they hide the back to not show the lack of shading. Oof.

That legendary super saiyan goku at number 3 is a 3.0 a good example of a 2.5 body is Gogeta Blue figure, this was a good video though my favorite figure is definitely ssj4 goku or the event exclusive blue kioken goku

Thank you for clarifying, I really couldn’t tell. I knew it was better than a 2.0 but did not know if it was a 3.0. Definitely a great figure! Yeah ssj4 is amazing!! The event exclusive is a stylish figure for sure. I only have posed the df version but I think I’ll open my event exclusive to really tell the difference!

Of the ones i was able to get, personally the legendary SSJ Goku, SSJ4 Goku, Ultra Instinct Goku toyotaro version and kong SSJ3 Goku are my favorites
