fun fact, shiny zorua was the first ever shiny I ever hunted for and caught. took me 298 encounters in omega ruby and to this day it's a lvl 100 zoroark in my physical copy of pokemon sword.

I actually really like Shiny Reuniclus, Life orb + Magic Guard is so fun. I despise Petilil's Shiny, particularly trying to find one in the wild. I had no idea that Garbodor's shiny was so good! Shiny Chandelure is PAINFUL to get in SV, because Litwick and Lampent in the wild know a self destruct move (the one that KOs themselves to give the opponent a stat drop), and with Litwick in particular it's so hard to even SPOT one in the wild because the only things that are different are barely noticeable in the game's lighting engine! Druddigon deserves an evolution, especially with a shiny THAT good. Braviary's shiny is good, but Hisuian Braviary's shiny is better (badass black Eagle!) Reshiram and Zekrom are the first instance of version exclusive counterparts having ass shinies (compared to just swapping the colors), and it wouldn't be the last (glares at the Charcadet Family's shinies) I'm still working on getting my Pokedex completion Shiny Meloetta from Pokemon Home (Paldea, Kitakami and Terrarium Dexes must be registered fully in Home), I am in Pain and anguish that I didn't keep the pokemon I finished the in game pokedexes in, because I now have to recatch *literally every pokemon not introduced in these games* to get my little Hatsune Miku pokemon. Also Gamefreak, give us the shiny Victini already, or at least hide it in a future game so that we can actually shiny hunt it. And end shiny locks, it's a bullshit system that actually hurts player retention because we can't spend the time trying for a shiny of the badass legendaries or Mythicals.
