Actually the second ammendment says right to bear arms which is pretty much everything. The term man at arms was used for medieval soldiers so its pretty much anything a soldier uses. Fire arms and cannons were included. That means modern soldier today. The m28/29 davy crockett was a platoon level weapon. It was said a little bit after sending them out some there became some fear sergeant would start a nuclear war with Russia. Still it was sent out for a time. That means it should be protected by the second amendment. Really the only reason you would not have a right to nukes is because the Declaration of Independence is above the Constitution and that the Constitution is just made and intended to inforce the Declaration of Independence. In the DoI right to Life is enforced before Liberty and pursuit of "happiness" (meant destiny at the time) That just meant for nukes if the people were good and no one would fire them so there was no threat of nukes to life and there pursuit of destiny it would mean pg3d Uranium Grenade launcher if it was real would be protected by the word of the second amendment along with other nuclear devices by right and liberty.
