Seiji is probably my favorite personally. I get that he’s a bit “by the numbers” but I still really like that design of putting a lot more emphasis on the “gentleman” part of gentleman thief.

There is no Western release scheduled at this time. It only had a beta about a few months ago and will have another one in a few months It doesn't have a definite release date as of yet

No as of now. It's basically a project made by a different team and Atlus is more or less not super involved. The game is only releasing in China as of now and they have not confirmed a release outside of china
