I think it's a good list. thank you for that. I liked that you only judged the players by their rookie season and not how they developed over time. but you seemed a little inconsistent regarding your own criteria - or rather I didn't quite get what you were basing you ranking on. because Luka was on so many levels better than Tyreke Evans aso.

you lost all your credibility once you put Luka in B tier. LUKA, the guy who AVERAGED 21, 8 AND 6 in his rookie year. Of course, that along with Paolo being fucking B tier, while almost being as good as Luka in his rookie year, and goddamn BENCH SITTINS, MR TRIPLE SINGLE, being higher than both of them on your list.

Scottie was the best rookie from the beginning to the end of that season. Mobley and Cade were getting all the hype coming out of college, but once the NBA games started Scottie was clearly the best of the bunch. Cade wasn't even in the conversation at any point. And yes, Luka in B tier is a travesty.
