I suggest a video for each a Campaign tier list of every cod game and a multiplayer tier list of each cod game. MWIII is hard to discern because the campaign is worst in the franchise but the multiplayer is solid (Same with BO3).

I grew up with the campaigns of the og modern warfare trilogy. Never played MP other than private matches with my brothers. Recently my friends, who grew up with black ops, introduced me to bo2 and bo3. I fell In love with the games, but nothing beats all ghiled up or loose ends. I’m on both sides

I absolutely love gunfight so much. black ops Cold War did it best in my opinion they had tournaments which was fun. But MW2 2022 did gunfight pretty good because you got to use cool blueprints from the store without buying them

Unlike looking at Treyarch’s games with the Black Ops series I feel like this list is so easy to make. The original three games, including the remaster are at the top between S tier - B Tier while the new ones are C tier - F tier. Although I will admit, Modern Warfare 2019’s campaign is A tier. Only good thing about that game.

I’m in neither camp when it comes to MW and BO. I guess this is better in describing how I am. Campaign - Either Multiplayer - Sledgehammer 3rd Mode - Treyarch Both developers made good and bad campaigns. Sledgehammer does the best in making the multiplayer the most immersive due to added content and changes based on community feedback. Treyarch zombies, enough said.

The newer MW games are inferior to the OG games in almost every aspect, but not including QOF like FOV, crossplay etc. I liked the MW19 campaign, but the 2 campaigns afterward completely fumbled and lost sense of direction imo. I've expressed my hatred for MW19 many times, but Gunfight was a super fun mode, me and a mate played that a ton on that game, it just didn't hit the same on Cold War or vanguard. Do they even have the mode anymore? I stg I've never seen anyone play it on MW II or III..

Hot take but I like the newer modern warfare games more. I’m just a gun nut and love making really cool and tactical gun builds. I also like the MWlll gameplay. We all have our favorites. I’m just not blinded by nostalgia. Love the older games but i like the newer stuff.

I really don’t like the new engine. The way it feels, the fov of the guns and how they bob around when you move like they do in battlefield. That’s the sole reason I prefer the older ones. It’s not sbmm or anything like that. It’s purely their new engine Edit. I also like mw3. Out of all the newer games, it’s my favorite MP

@@Ungli2.0 I honestly agree. What’s crazy is I like the newer games not as call of duty games but as a tactical/arcade shooter. I mostly play ground war and invasion mode as well as war mode. I know that cod isn’t supposed to be a tactical shooter but on console there is not really a game that feels as smooth as cod does. I never really played the older cod games heavy I played them casually, MW2019 just really pulled me in. I don’t like COD for just being COD or hate it for being COD I just like the newer games for being fun shooters to me. I am so unbiased about COD because I have played them all but just as fun games. Franchise bias isn’t a thing for me. It’s either a fun or un-fun game to me. I appreciate your input, it was a good way of explaining what you didn’t like other than “this game is trash” lol

@@KollektorKahn I won’t trash on the new games because I Don’t think they’re bad. I just think call if duty evolved and doesn’t line up with my tastes anymore. All there is too it. I think tactical shooter does it. That is what they are with mounting, and the realistic bullet physics and recoil. But as call of duty evolves, it could turn into something I do like. Or my tastes might change again in like 4 or 5 years. Who knows. But I won’t say they’re trash. Cause they aren’t.

The only compliment I'll give for the new modern warfare series is the graphics and customizations of guns, loadouts, etc. It's the only thing they have improved over the years. Multiplayer is the only thing consistent about Call of Duty. I'll give em that. But the campaign and zombies have downgraded immensely that I keep questioning "how could this possibly get worse"

Mwiii for me might actually be D or F soon though. The store is absolutely abysmal, it's dipping its toes in p2w skins now too... zombies still hasn't gotten Onslaught even though we have zombies pathing on all mp maps + actual zombified mp maps in the game... mp just feels a bit bloated... great ttk and movement is almost perfect... I wish stims were like CW's... art style looks like a train wreck compared to the og mw3, yet that game also wasn't the prettiest but it was still mw... Ya, I wish mwiii was in another 2 years instead of rushed out after mwii
