This list in my opinion is a team or two away from my exact list/perspective.Let me explain. The Miami Heat are a tough matchup but in this stacked Eastern Conference are lacking a big time closer..As good and hot as Herro can get,he can't average 33-35 points in a series as KD or Giannis or Tatum can. As far as the Golden State I would rather have them a tier down as they depend heavily on Steph's health and as push comes to shove neither of their Big 3 you can really expect to be 100% healthy and fit for the long run of the Playoffs-not sweeping easily teams as they progress to the next round as they could and did a few years ago.. But really respect and appreciate the effort there man!!Keep it up

As a fellow heat fan, I respectfully disagree with you. We were injured for a good part of the beginning and middle of the season and we were still winning games and showing energy. This past week, we haven’t shown any type of energy on the defensive end. Plus, there is no excuse for losing to Philly, golden state, and ny because they also did not have their star players. Where I do agree with you is that since oladipo and Morris have come back, we have had trouble inserting them into the lineup because we we had a set rotation that was working for like 75% of the season.

There's no way you can argue the Nets out of "has to be perfect" due to how they have looked this and last season (the tier looks hand made for them tbh), expecting them to somehow play at a level they havent been able to get to regularly, from the seed they are in in the way things are looking we 100% percent need to be talking about them making the playoffs first before talking about what round they would exit at. Let's wait for them to first be healthy, because the amount of minutes KD has been putting on has been insane and Irving gets hurt often, because as much as we are subscribed to KD being this god at basket we have to first see him overcome how bad the rest of the team is/has been which is a challenge in itself.

Celtics will still be pretty good without rob, they will just be playing heavy man to man switch everything (except Pritchard). The only prob is you’re subbing theis in for robs minutes. Theis being an nba afterthought makes him an easy guy to call fouls on especially considering he’s trying to play the aggressive system of Ime Udoka. Everyone else except him is allowed to make contact with their opponent without it being a foul.

Id agree with Brooklyn being everything has to be perfect, with Kyrie not being able to play every game and with it being unsure wether or not Ben Simmons will be even playing then, I feel like theyll need a lot of luck to become champions. Grizzlies should be in the "Happy to be here" category. Not because they have a low chance to win the championship but for the fact that this is a team that was expected to not even make the playoffs this season. This team is great, but if they "choke" and lose in the first round due to their lack of experience in the playoffs, how great their season was should not be diminished only because people expected them to atleast win a playoff series.

I knew you were gonna let me down with that Mavs take. They'll be the 3 seed by tonight. They've been one of the best teams in the NBA since Jan 1st(actually 2nd record wise behind Phoenix), they have a top 5 defense, a MVP candidate, they upgraded their roster at the deadline, what more do you need to see? Sometimes you need to use some projection and foresight. This will be a year the Mavs win a couple series and everyone will act like they knew they could but everybody is still sleeping on what's happening every night.

Call me a bias nuggets fan but I think we could be up a tier. Even with the injuries it was still an expectation that we would be a playoff team. We are a bit of a wildcard because if we somehow get healthy I think we could be a real problem for the higher seeds in the first round more specifically the Warriors and the Grizzlies
