I still have investments in other parts of western visayas though (bacolod/iloilo), as well as cebu Poverty incidence and HDI are the most important parameters, bec they show the actual economic well-being of the general population. Gini coefficient too, to see if wealth is well-distributed or not

Been to Nueva Ecija capitol and it's very expansive. The facade shot did not do it justice. IMO it should be in Top 3. At sa lahat ng napuntahan kong capitol buildings (65/82 most in the top 20 of this list), angat ang ganda nito. Pati ang old capitol in Nueva Ecija can still be in the Top 10. I assume ang gumawa ng ranking na ito nagbase lang sa picture online at hindi pa talga napupuntahan ang mga capitol buildings

TagaIfugao ako pero di ko gusto ang aming Kapitolyo. However, may ginagawang mas malaking building sa likod na limang palapag at may carparks sa top floor. May elevators na rin which will be the second building here in Ifugao na may elevator pangalawa sa bagong gawang Ifugao General Hospital. Maliit kasi ang espasyo ng compound ng Kapitolyo namin pero at least may breathing space dahil harap mismo ang public plaza na ngayon ay inaayos rin to accommodate a small people's park.
