Hey Victor, I’m currently 6’0 210 at 19 and my dream height as always been 6’3-4. I am a very muscular guy and I am worried that if I get limb lengthening surgery I will not be able to recover my muscle mass I have worked so hard to build, especially in my legs. I would like to add that price of paley in poland is correct if its done by Paley himself. If its done by team that was teached by paley its 65000 for femur and 70000 for tibia.

Are you sure you have the Donghoon Lee cost analysis right? you said "that includes physical therapy and accomodations as well" that is not true to my knowledge, I can even send you the chart if you'd like...the price you pay for the surgery includes 1 single session of 1:1 physical therapy and NO accomodation NO X-rays and NO follow ups with the doctor not even crutches and a walker is included, you will have to pay ALOT for a good recovery after the surgery sadly if you wish I can send you the price chart he sends to potential clients.
