The Westbrook/Adams pick and roll has been OKC's bread and butter for a few years now but because Russ can't make the defense pay from the perimeter, Adam's is gonna have way more space with CP3 or even SGA. Plus, he's been really dominate with his back to the basket. Not Kanter level dominate but his baseline spin is almost un-guardable, his hook shot is incredible, and he still picks up his own misses more often than not with the defender outta position to defend the second attempt. I can see Adams being the hands down best center in the league next season and if OKC ends up in playoffs (which is actually pretty likely considering we still have a really good team), he may end up getting a couple looks for MVP (I said looks, he not gone win it unless he just go full Maori on the league and start shooting 3s).

(Lateral quickness is how fast you can accelerate from side to side) For example DK Metcalf, the wide receiver is insanely fast but is not laterally quick. If Wilt was playing today, he would win a lot of categories. Highest jump, highest weight, strongest, and fastest. I am not 100% sure on his speed versus De'aaron Fox since the numbers are pretty opaque from what I could find on Google but he has a legitimate shot since he was a college track star. As for strength, despite not doing serious weight-lifting as was typical in those days he was reputedly absurdly strong. Like he would pick up other players like they were nothing, broke someone's toe...... via slam dunk, broke someone's shoulder..... via a block without any contact except on the ball.
