First part of the video of white circle songs is "decent but could be better" imo and 26 to 1, songs got a whole lot better. Overall for 2017 is a pretty good year for white circles.

How are songs that are between 70 to 79 out of 100 below average?

good question! i use a grading system similar to that of a school grading system, where a 75 is the middle percentage of a C and therefore the average, with scores slightly below that below average. The songs 73 and above are average and higher
