@cassandraconneely8731 just takes practice. That is a pretty big pistol to start with. If you have some spare money laying around and want a good peice to practice with. Western Stage Props has some good ones. They have a solid aluminum revolver that is nice and light so that you can spin for a while. It was like 50 bucks plus shipping. I've been trying to get my hands on black powder but my folks aren't too keen on it cuz the stuff is so dirty lol. Best of luck to you on your cowboy journey partner.

It seriously took me about a year from start to where I was in that video. I hadn't done almost any prior to yt and hadn't even started doing them until I started on yt shorts. All of my revolvers have since broken so I am a bit out of practice. But there is one practice revolver I may purchase again and get my tricks back up. It was just determination.

Yes and no. With using these revolvers I feel much safer with my finger on the trigger as I can decock it extremely fast. I have broken a habit of putting my thumb on the hammer as instinct rather than pulling the trigger. These are also replicas and I don't load them. When I'm using my 357 I treat it more appropriately as if I make a mistake with the replica it only clicks.

The first one is solid aluminum and I got it from Western Stage Props, I am about to get a nicer one from there too, as well as the middle one is an airsoft gun called the Smokewaggon, and the third is also an airsoft gun, it is the Dan Wesson high powered airsoft revolver. I don't spin real guns as it can be dangerous if I forget anything and if I drop one I will cry. Hopefully this is helpful

I am no professional but if I had any suggestion it would be to stretch your fingers, as well as exercise them by holding the ones you don't want bent back and bending the one you do want bent. I don't know anything about retraining muscles or physical therapy but that is my best idea. Best of luck to you mate.
