Absolutely rubbish. I am from Kutch. Do you know the kind and style of life indigenous people were living in 90s. Today they are far more prosperous, have all the modcones you can imagine, very mobile because they got car and/or motor bikes. Whole Kutch was totally neglected by the past governments, today infrastructure has changed.
