friends never, again and again, never turn off your antivirus program or never open a port in firewall. i know a friend, he downloaded a game from online and he disabled the antivirus because it's deleting the game file. so as soon as he runned that game by disabling the antivirus, his all the files in his computer got encrypted. he faced same situation as mohan sir is facing with his data. but his file extension was zojdo. same. he also got a readme file in each of his folder. i told him many times that do not trust the programs who tell you to disable antivirus. but yeah, the only way to protect our self is to not turn off your av. if you don't have any antivirus, just use windows defender antivirus which is builtin. it's originally from microsoft so it's trustable. what ever antivirus, but do not turn it off ever. thankyou sir for sharing your experience with us in this video

Enable windows firewall nd defender 3 Install best antivirus like Bitdefenfer, Norton 360, McAfee 4. Do system Backups every week, and create restore points. 5. Do not download crack softwares nd unofficial softwares. 6. Also mainly use an External hard drives for Backups 7. Also never click on the unnecessary links in websites or in spam mails. Note: Never pay money to anyone for decryption key or softwares There is no genuine decryption software in the market still now, cyber security is trying there best to create a best decryption software for all the ransomware malware attacks. So be careful don't get scammed. Its can be decrypted only by the hacker who created the ransomware, because its contain many strains and loops with different alogorithm so, be careful. THANK YOU.

Make sure that do you have enabled any systems backups before ransomware attack, if u find any backup u can get your backuped files But first remove all the virus by installing Bitdefenfer or any other, i recommend you to try Bitdefenfer or Norton 360 Scan full system with those software to remove the virus and any other issues in your system Try your best.
