Your feelings about online therapy are completely valid. It’s good for your mental health to get out of your house and interact with other humans face to face. The act of getting dressed for your appointment is a form of self care. I’m so sorry you are struggling and can’t find in person therapy 😕 You should be proud of yourself and your baby steps to the life you want. Any improvement is good and should be celebrated. It kinda sounds like you are having a trauma response to working. I hope you are able to make more KZbin content so you can see income from it. I’d love to see cooking content from you! Wishing you all the best ❤

Father God, I pray that you come into Sagis Heart and into her life. You can do great things even when things seem absolutely impossible. I pray peace and healing over Sagi and her life. Amen Sagi maybe you could look into working with animals in a shelter or a groomer or something. Also you could look into working at a woman’s shelter to be with other women who have gone through a similar situation that you have been in. Also you could just sit on the balcony and get fresh air and sunlight. And please invest in a probiotic. After taking antibiotics it really messes up your stomach and can lead to depression. Gut health is very important invest in some good probiotics. I’m so sorry you’re going through a hard time this was very hard to listen to. I pray things get better for you.

Girl you don’t give yourself enough credit! You are so entertaining that even your rant videos are worth watching. Literally sitting here thinking how silly you sound when you talk about your videos not being good enough.. you being so real is why so many people love you and a big part of the reason why so many people leave hate comments as well. What you are going through is so normal and I feel like the most important thing you can do is keep reminding yourself even on the hard days that this phase is temporary and that everything you do today will either shorten or prolong how long you have to be in this spot. Having a better out look and trying to convince yourself that doing these things aren’t a drag is a huge thing to getting started! Even if it’s hard you feel so much better by either doing it or feeling accomplished and proud that you did it! I suggest giving yourself a work schedule too. Even if it sways give yourself time frames if you can which include the time you sleep, getting into a routine will help you feel more organized and put together and less like things are spiralling! You’ll feel so much better eliminating the chaos and unknown of how your next day is going to be.. get a note book or a white board and write down your routine and reward yourself at the end of each week by sticking to it! With a take away, clothes.. whatever it is! As for meal planning as much as it sucks and gets hard to trust your cooking sometimes you just have to do things that make you uncomfortable and there are soooo many videos online about cooking and that will teach you how to make things like chicken and so on. One good thing is the proper way to cook chicken in the oven is to take it out at 160-162 temp and leave it rest for 10 mins.. the internal heat will cook the chicken without making it overdone and dry. Something I did for weight loss to was make croc pot meals that’s how I knew my chicken was fully cooked! You can literally just throw it all in a croc pot and you don’t have worry about it or do anything.. you can even leave your house and leave it cooking all day! I also got an air fryer and it has been life changing.. it’s less work and takes a lot less time. Things like veggies, meats and sweet potato’s take next to no time. I have fully cooked chicken in less than 10 mins! But highly recommend you get a meat thermometer. You can throw prerolled meatballs and everything in there.. one thing I used to make all the time for weight loss was I would fry ground turkey or ground chicken (I would cook the shit out of it) and when it was done I would throw in a can of green beans with salt pepper garlic and siracha and put it over rice.. it was healthy and so filling. You’re doing so good and managing things so much better then you give your credit for.. give yourself a break and celebrate how wonderful you are and if you need anything I can always try and help! I live in Woodstock but if you need advice or motivation, I’m here girl ❤ good luck! You got this beautiful! ❤

I’ve been watching you on and off since 2020. I was where you were at one point hun. I was up to 300 lbs and I gained a lot from anxiety and depression and losing my brother. I couldn’t walk without getting out of breath, I felt exhausted all the time but I was hardly moving my body. One day I woke up and said I don’t want to feel like this anymore. I started walking everyday and making better choices. Meal prepping is a game changer too. I’ve lost over 70 lbs by just being consistent. When I feel stuck, I try to remove asking myself if I want to do something and instead saying I just need to do it. Remove the choice and just do the thing girl. Motivation will come and go but you gotta stay disciplined. If you wanna go to the gym, lay your clothes out where you will see them. Get in the car and start driving to the gym. Just push yourself out the door and once you get out the door you won’t wanna turn back. You don’t feel like filming? Get the camera and push the record button. Take that first action and the rest will follow. I hope it helps and I don’t mean to be offensive in anyway. This is just what works for me.

When I went through a long bout of depression, I didn't even want to leave my house at all. I didn't even like leaving my bedroom. Everything outside felt unfamiliar to me, though I left the house every day to go to work. It was a very strange feeling. I cried all the time, it was just horrible, but I do take medication now and it helps a lot, so I can understand the not wanting to leave the house part. Don't worry things will get better. Just find yourself a good doctor and a good prescription to help with unwanted feelings.

Sometimes the smallest things you can do in a day are still accomplishments. Even if it’s one thing a day. I have severe depression and you seem to have it to and it’s extremely hard to have the motivation to even get out of bed or brush your teeth. But the fact that you clean your apartment is a great thing. It’s all about the right meds and I hate saying that, but it’s true when you are so mentally unwell. And to make sure to talk to your med doctor just to see if you need to raise your meds or change them. You probably know that already. Life is very hard so what you are going through is valid. I also had to stop going to work because of how many horrible experiences I’ve had so I had to go on disability until I can get help to learn how to deal with work better and getting yelled at all the time and all the sexual harassment etc. it’s not easy I feel for you

Hi Sagi! I think you should meal prep. With the price of food these days here is a way to get the most for your money. Buy a rotisserie chicken and chop or pull the meat into 7 portions. Buy a ready made fruit tray and a veggie tray. Then buy bento boxes or take away containers. Cook some rice ( 2 cups) or small pasta like bow ties or penne and divide into 7 portions. You can probably get more than 7 portions but you will have to judge for yourself. Don’t mesure things just yet just keep an eye on the leftovers so you know for the next time. If you like sausages or even canned tuna mixed with a little celery and green onions and salt and pepper and maybe even chop up some grapes or apples into it from the fruit tray. Alternate proteins for every meal so you don’t get bored. You can also fry up 2 eggs or hard boil with some seasoning. Avoid heavy dressing. Keep it simple with lemon juice and olive oil and coriander, rosemary and hot sauces are a good option. Good luck!❤❤❤

I’m a therapist and I offer virtual sessions. It’s definitely not for everyone but I will say that based on my experience, it is very possible to form a connection through video. My clients have expressed the comfort they feel in being vulnerable and I do see their progress in our work together. For some people it is moreso finding the right therapist as opposed to the right format. It’s all about preference though!
