ranting about the magnolia parks universe for 30 minutes

I absolutely hate Magnolia, she is so self entitled frankly childish. I hate how “perfect “ she is and how everyone gravitates and falls in love with her without her even trying. She completely overshadows Daisy, even in Daisys own books! I love Daisy, Christian and Julian (well especially Julian). Firstly the sibling relationship with the two of them is so cute and I love how protective Julian is, like how Daisy must come first at all costs no matter what. I think he calls her face because her nickname used to be Daisyface (common nickname) and then he just switched to Face. I relate to Daisy wanting to become a doctor and trying to have a normal life but sadly it’s. the life she was born into so she can’t really escape plus she loves her brother more than anything to actually leave him on his own. She created rules so that Julian doesn’t become as evil as the rest of England thinks that he is, she basically doesn’t want him to turn into his own reputation. So when he kidnapped those kids he crossed a line and betrayed her so she did the one thing that she knew would hurt him the most, that is hurting herself. Julian spent his whole life trying to make that nothing bad happens to her. Now on to the relationship between Daisy and Christian, I love how non-toxic it was in the second book, he was a total simp and didn’t go sleeping around, he knew that Daisy would come back to him so he waited even though it killed him to see her with some else. Also another reason I especially hate Magnolia is that she made Julian fall in love with her and know she would never be able to fully love him back

I DNF it cuz i like building up to the plot and slow burn, I want to like the characters and love them together and how they fell for each other but this and I mean literally “page one =obsessed with each other but not together “ and add to that cheating?bye, like this’s a long series and I hate all the characters especially magnolia literally give me a reason to why everyone in the book just obsessed with her? She has zero personality. God I just hate this book

Oh my God finaly someone who thinks Just like me... I honestly couldnt like It, its só repetitive not only in what happens with the story, but also with words and thoughts that she keeps making the caracters say with every chapter and its annoying in my opinion Not to mention that the history goes nowere... The caracters are not cool the're weird... This book gives me chills and there's no way Im Reading the rest of tem 😂

Completely agree with this, but I think I actually DID hate it for so many reasons.
