What’s confusing you exactly? In these kind of cases, black or white, the law tends to favour the woman over the man. Whether him being black makes the system even more biased against him is another matter entirely. It’s more publicly acceptable to be sexist against men than it is to be racist against black people. Therefore the majority of the blatant biases will be for gender reasons rather than racial.

Yes the so called justice system has unfairly treated many, but its metric of justice is even harsher and some might say designed for the denigration of Black people, in this case a black man. He was never going to win this case even despite defending and later running away from an erratic white woman who had no ability to be reasoned with because who he is in the eyes of the law is enough to be already labelled and rendered guilty. Rants, in other words, is saying this too.
