I am very impressed by the knowledge Adv Pradeep Rai has shared with us. The way he puts across shows the purity of his thoughts. My daughter is a young lawyer and is into litigation as that is her passion. I hear from her about the number of hours, days she spends in the court without any outcome. With a small child at home, she wonders if she can continue in this profession. Can the system be made more efficient where lawyers don't have to spend so much time in waiting in the court without their case coming up. Also the attire they have to wear , can it be trimmed down, it is indeed very cumbersome in hot weather, especially with temperatures reaching record high
