The real issue that you forgot to address is that Ranveer focused on competition with Ranbir Kapoor while Ranbir never really cared and Ranbir focused on himself only. Due to this competition by Ranveer he tried to do things opposite of Ranbir like Ranbir was portrayed as Casanova, so Ranveer's PR tried to establish him as "Husband Material" by this narrative "in a world full of Ranbir be someone's Ranveer". This fake narrative worked for sometime but at the end Satyamev Jayate so it got failed. 😊 Then this fake energy is due to Ranveer's PR effort to establish himself Charismatic against Calm and boring Ranbir Kapoor. But this narrative also failed because Ranbir may not be energetic but he is natural and genuine. So public liked genuine Boring Ranbir over Fake energetic Ranveer.😊 To beat Ranbir kapoor, Ranveer Singh tried to build networking with every producer specialy those who had fall out with Ranbir kapoor starting with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Zoya Akhtar, Yashraj etc. Ranveer while trying to built networking showed his fake love to everyone like SRK, Aamir khan, Salman khan, Karan Johar and all powerful people to impress them. While Ranbir Kapoor stayed genuine he did not try to impress anyone. With passing of time, these people realized that Ranveer is fake. Now they are avoiding working with Ranveer and choosing Ranbir kapoor. Lastly, In his effort to be superstar and beating Ranbir he did remake movies and signed movies blindly which failed at box office. On the other hand Ranbir Kapoor never chosen short cut he never did any remake he waited for right movies and it worked for him.😅

The reason behind his downfall is his choices. The off screen persona has nothing to do with it. He has always been like this since the beginning. The trolling he's getting nowadays for his personality, he doesn't deserve that. And Deepika might be a superstar but her acting is mediocre. As a genuine Cinema fan, i think Ranveer Singh is the best actor to portray Shaktimaan. Gangadhar's comedic relief & innocent, and Shaktimaan moral thoughts with mature personality. I completely agree with what is being discussed coz I was a Ranveer fan for a long time until he started being weird and a wannabee at every staged thing. His public appearances are definitely decreasing but every time he still appears, it's the same shit show of weirdly fashioned clothes and hair, and that extra energy boost of shouts and dance. What unsettles me is his behaviour in the recent ambani wedding where ranveer and Deepika were not even seen together. I mean it somehow proves that whatever was done in the past by them at other weddings and award functions (as mentioned in the video), was all FAKE. Still no hate but it's hard to watch such a good actor lose his respect in the real world.

Ranveer Singh had a great run in the beginning, especially from 2010 to 2017-18. However, even from his initial days, I didn't find him to be someone who could captivate your attention with his cinematic presence. Back in those days, he might have had or crafted a good PR squad. Now, I'm not saying he isn't a good actor - he certainly is - but again, it's the same issue I'm trying to punctuate. He doesn't have the charisma to attract the audience to watch his movies. I don't hate him but I’ve never had any desire to watch his movies or see him anywhere. His presence comes across as quite annoying to me. And now, things have become arduous for him to step back into the shoes he once comfortably wore. People aren't as interested in Ranveer or his movies anymore. Yet, he's still doing a project with SLB, but I seldom see any other way he can bounce back and dominate the industry as he once did.
