Fun fact, the two members with one wing are S1 and S24, the first and last member of TripleS that were introduced, so there's a lot of nice references there. Not to mention their real names are very similar, so it's like they found their other half to become one.

@@ChainReactionsChannel S1 is Seoyeon and S24 is JiYeon! The irony here is that they had a fan vote, called Gravity, where the fandom, WAVs, got to vote on S24's stage name because her name Suhyeon was too close to Seoyeon! It's a really modern take on a kpop group, Modhaus does a great job.

omggg TripleS are INSANE for this!!! THEY SOUND SO GOOD!!! Girls Never Die is so incredibly beautiful! So atmospheric and tells such a powerful story through the imagery and lyrics, honestly I'm in awe with this song and the whole Assemble 24 album!!!

Yesss, glad you reacted to TripleS's 24 member debut! They have such a good discography to go through, as they mixed and matched their subunits before they got to their 24 member comeback. Highly recommend the Generation MV, which was their first subunit MV.

@@ChainReactionsChannel yeah, you are in for a ride if you want to learn more about this group! It's actually been 2 years since they first revealed S1 Seoyeon to the public, and they started introducing the group through a vlog series called Signals that were uploaded daily. It sounds like a tall task to start from the beginning, but it's so worthwhile as you see this group's progress and growth. It's the only way I know all of the members' names, because ModHaus did a great job rolling them out one by one, and creating subunits once and a while to build their discography. If you want a chuckle, you should react to their fanchant for Girls Never Die, you can probably guess what they do if you know anything about kpop fanchants.

fun fact: there's a part near the end of the song (6:39) that sounds really weird, and it's because it's a subliminal message that was reversed. it says "we unite as one, 24 dreams" representing the groups motto: "we are one, but also twenty-four"

So tripleS has been slowly adding members, they started with just 1 member making content alone and training, and then slowly added members up to the 24 and this was the first release with all the members. Mostly they will promote as smaller units, and there already have been several of these units with great music. The difference between tripleS and other unit groups like NCT is that the units here are temporary so pretty much 1 release with a unit and then that's it. I too struggle deeply to learn members so I know this group is scary 😂 Mostly I don't think people will be upset that you don't know everybody but you'll start to pick up on some of them through cultural osmosis.

So here's a little backstory... The founder of TripleS label is named Jaden Jeong. The label is called Modhaus. Before, Jaden Jeong was pretty much the creative director of a disgusting reprehensible shit-bag of a kpop label named Blockberry Creative. His brain spawned my favorite all-time group, Loona. Loona had 12 members and 3 sub units. Jaden ditched Blockberry Creative, skipped around for a while, and created Modhaus, who now is the label that ARTMS is under. (Loona members) So basically, Jaden said to himself..."the Loona project was crazy, ambitious and artful... Let's go at it again, but at 200%!!!" 24 members? 🤯 I love this group. They have the Loona DNA in them. And I'm not sure if I ever mentioned Loona to you, but they're my favorites. 😂😂

Colorful description. 😩 I know a lot of people have strong feelings about Loona and what happened with them so I do plan one day on checking them out/learning more about them. I was kind of intimidated of a 24 member goup, but they have really nice songs. I also love that they somehow always incorporate the "LaLaLa" in most of their songs. So for me they're the LaLaLa - Girls.

Good afternoon! I’m glad you reacted to this. Great track and I’ve got a bit of a drive this evening so I’ll queue up the album and listen all the way through. I know n00bywarrior also reacted to it but i was afraid he might also be OT24 and it would take forever to get through the video 😂 The songs I’m remembering from them have a good consistent feel but this video is definitely darker than I remember, but in a good way. I’ll be interested to see where the franchise goes. (And I’m definitely tempted to put together a couple of bubble gum pairings for you 😅) 24 is a lot for me, especially since Twice feels like a stretch most of the time and even Red Velvet can test me on a rough day (you know, not Seulgi, but the other one ;-) I think Blackpink and Mamamoo made life too easy for me, except they change their hair colours too much! Where was I….oh yes… nice reaction. The hamster is a solid addition to the staff. Just had a funny image of you reacting to an OT24 and having 24 heads on the wall of fame above you. It would look like space invaders lol. (god I hope I don’t have to explain that reference)

If reacting to all of their releases (and there aren't a ton of them since they're a new group--it's just kind of confusing because of the various temporary subunits) then Rising, Girl's Capitalism, and Invincible are the key title tracks, imo. I really love tripleS's sound, and the imagery is a little dark but has to do with their overall concept, which I'd say is how difficult it can be as a young woman to find your way into the world and how they as a group are going to come together (first as 4 and then more) to support each other and give hope to their fans. And I'd add that part of what makes their themes real is that the members come from a whole variety of situations--from S1 (Seoyeon) who had little to no prior experience in the industry to members who had been trainees or on survival shows, etc.
