Busta can ACTUALLY deliver fast, smooth and consistent. Clean as fuck! He sounds like spitting one entire bar without even slowing down in his entire verse. His flow sticks with the beat too. All other rappers have start with a tongue twister for 2 seconds, rap with a normal flow, stop so they can take a breathe, and finish their bar, begin with half a bar slow and then try to throw in another tongue twister, catch their breathe and try to speed up their flow again.
