I realize that the US constitution presumes innocence but if anyone has seen the evidence of this shooting, it would be pretty obvious that he did it. I don’t care how talented of a rap artist he is, this was waaaaaaay f-d up. All these men, including the victims have people that love them. If you can’t do the time then don’t do the crime. I feel worse for the families of the men that will never see their children again. His family can still talk to him.

Lyrics should be lyrics under the protection of the constitution, as free speech and artistic creations. The court should stand strong on the basis of the strength of the constitution, plain and simple. If not, the constitution is a contradiction for free speech. What about all the other cases this glitch of the constitution could be used. The constitution is the constitution for a reason. The court should stand on the seriousness of the constitution.
