Lower your intake of processed carbohydrates & processed sugars. Drink more water. Go for short walks. Be active & don’t sit around all day. God created us to be a moving thing. If you can walk then walk for exercise. Stop drinking soda. It’s filled with processed sugars. Stay off juices too. These contain too much processed sugars. Increase your intake of fruits & vegetables! Do this for 3-5 months & watch the weight come off! Monitor your blood pressure. Talk with your Dr & update him. I was on blood pressure medication for 16 years & just last month I got off them. I changed my diet & replaced what I needed to & it helped me lose 31 pounds & no longer needed the blood pressure medication. I continue to pray & thank God for his Word over my life! His will for us is to be free & healed. We can have that but we have to do our part by getting well. Getting well requires us to make better choices for what we are eating & drinking. It’s up to you how soon the healing comes. Some people never receive their healing because they’re not willing to change. That’s reality. Don’t be that person. Make the changes that your body needs & ask God to show you what to eat til you have your answers on food & drinks. In six months I want an update from you 😊
