What a lot of people forget is that the 2007 raph is supposed to be the same raph from the 90’s live action movies. Those two are tied for number 3 as favorite raph. 2nd place is 2012, but 1st has to go to 2003. That era shaped my childhood

I was a kid when 1987 tmnt was in TV, and Raphael was my favorite turtle, he was funny, sarcastic. So i was shocked (or shellshocked) when in the 2003 series Ralphael was like a wolverine type of character (totally different from the first cartoon)

Dude....2014 Raph getting a low rating :( That's my fave Raphael. The design was great, the personality fit, and Alan voiced him really well. In the 2016 movie you could hear Alan's heart wasn't in the character.

I know it wasn’t the best by far but people just seem to hate on the Michael Bay movies because it’s the thing to do. Like yeah, the movie was garbage how it was portrayed but the Raph was honestly one of the best turtles in the entire movie in my opinion. And I don’t even like Raph like that Leo is my favorite, then Mikey, then idk outta Raph or Donnie. But I say that I don’t really like Raph to say that the Michael Bay Raph was honestly really good as far as the actor portraying him goes. And the Bay’s Raph is legit(in my opinion) one of the better Raph’s! I grew up on the 1980’s TMNT show and honestly I can’t stand that Raph! And people only give that show so much praise because other people say that it’s this, that, and the third but it’s really not. How many of y’all have tried to go back and watch the 1980’s cartoon? Because I have and it is legit corny as hell now that I’m at age where really realize what it’s worth and it’s too much anymore lol. But people will act like the turtles were bad because the movie itself was bad and when they talk bad about then other people jump on the bandwagon. But then it’s vice versa with 80’s cartoon. People feel nostalgic for an old cartoon that is really corny but they put it out that that cartoon was just the Bee’s Knees, and it was fire when it really was just nostalgia playing a huge part!

Unpopular opinion but Raph was the only design from Michael Bay that I liked. At least comparably to the other three. Maybe scale him down a bit in size and he would’ve been a grungy version of the 90’s Raph.

My favorite Raphael is: 1. 2012 His development and character is great in this show. He's most relatable and has personality and his brotherhood moments are very nice. I also Love his friendship moments with Casey Jones those two make an awesome duo. 2. 2007 I love his vigilante/nightwatcher story and his feud with Leo is awesome to watch. I also Love his friendship with Casey Jones in this. Love this Raphael! 3. 1990 4. 2014-2016 I know a lot of people don't like these turtle design but I gotta say I think they're cool and the actor portraying Raphael and his character design is pretty awesome. As a very old lady, Raph 87 is who I fell in love with. He was snarky and sarcastic, but could back it up in a fight. Mikey was just jokes. Leo was boring and Donatello was somehow even more boring.
