hey this may be a little weird but i have bulimia and i like watching your videos because it reminds me that trying new foods even if theyre unhealthy is ok and the fact that you eat them and enjoy some, dont enjoy others, eat all of some and stop when your full shows me that it is possible to have a normal and fun relationship with food???? idk if that makes sense but thank you!! also youre really funny lol

The ice cream you had has mochi and red adzuki beans (I love adzuki beans). Also, I can't believe that is considered fast food. That looks so much better than any fast food place near me. (I cook 99% of everything myself, so I could be wrong. But that's a slim chance.)

The 'sweetness' on the truffle fries could well be maltodextrin, which is used to 'carry' flavours onto foods. Depending on the production process, it is either flavourless (ideal) or a bit sweet (not always a good thing)

Hey Rapha! I'd love to hear your thoughts on how easy it is to communicate with restaurant staff etc in Japan if you only speak English - do they generally understand English over there? or do most restaurant staff only speak Japanese? - I'm going to Tokyo soon and am a bit nervous about it! Would love to hear your experiences :) (I've already taken note of your tip to pre-research stuff and put the english / japanese on your phone to show the staff if necessary - good idea!)

Rapha I hope you can try Mos Burger and Lotteria (local fastfood chains) They're very good too! Btw the chicken pasta actually had lemon cream sauce, so it makes sense it tasted very lemony. And omggg the mini pancakes were supposed to come with apple sauce and cream...such a shame, I hope you can try it again (if they forget to add it, you can ask for it!).
