Rapid Onsite Evaluation for EBUS specimens- Dr. Hoda Amer

In this lecture Dr. Hoda Amer takes a step by step approach to evaluation of adequacy of EBUS cytology specimens.
About the speaker:
Dr. Hoda Amer is a board certified Pathologist and Cytopathologist with a subspecialty training in Pediatric Pathology. She graduated from Cairo University, Medical School in 2002, and completed her residency training at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey- Newark (UMDNJ-NJ). She then pursued a Pediatric Pathology fellowship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH, and a cytopathology fellowship at the Ohio State University. Dr. Amer returned to Egypt where she worked at the Children’s Cancer Hospital (57357) for 3 years, and returned to the US in 2013. Dr Hoda Amer was among the founding board members of ABCDE, and coordinated numerous lectures and conferences since then. She was voted by the BODs as President in November, 2017 and currently serves as treasurer.
